General Hospital Spoilers Thursday, July 26: Carly Faces Creepy Injection – Sonny and Kevin’s Showdown – Michael’s Dangerous Task

“General Hospital” spoilers for Thursday, July 26, tease that Liz (Rebecca Herbst) will corner Franco (Roger Howarth) for a chat. When she surprises him at GH, Franco will ask what she’s doing there. Liz will look like she’s got something important on her mind. She may want to rehash Liesl Orbecht’s (Kathleen Gati) drama or express concern about Kiki’s (Hayley Erin) lawsuit.

Meanwhile, Chase (Josh Swickard) will reassure Jordan (Vinessa Antoine). He’ll let her know all the pieces are in play. Nelle (Chloe Lanier) pushed Chase to murder Michael (Chad Duell), so that recording will prove useful. However, it’s not quite enough to bring Nelle down.

Chase will hope Michael can take care of the rest, but Jordan will worry that he’ll fail. She’ll wonder if Chase really thinks Michael can score a confession. Chase will have faith in Michael, so the plot will press on. It sounds like Michael will try to get an admission of guilt in the Zachary Grant case. They need as much evidence as possible if they want to show Nelle’s deadly pattern.

Michael will put the next part of the plan in motion, but real danger’s looming. “General Hospital” spoilers say a car crash will change everything this Friday. For now, Nelle will ooze confidence. During a conversation with Ava (Maura West), Nelle may provide a lethal clue. Ava will seem agitated, but Nelle will offer a threatening reminder. She’ll point out that like it or not, they’re in this together.

Other “General Hospital” spoilers say Carly (Laura Wright) will deal with Mary Pat (Patricia Bethune) again. This nasty nurse will prepare Carly for her new treatment and rile her up in the process. Mary Pat will give Carly a creepy promise regarding the outcome. She’ll suggest that before Carly knows it, she’s going to feel like a new woman. That backs up her previous “forever changed” comments.

Carly will grow fearful, so she’ll do her best to stop the madness. She’ll struggle to resist the injection Dr. Lasaris (Casey Biggs) has planned. Over with Sonny (Maurice Benard), he’ll urge Michael to focus on safety and pull off his scheme. He’ll end up disappointed with everything goes wrong!

Sonny will also track down Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) in Thursday’s episode. He’ll probably lash out at Dr. Collins for bailing on his patient. Carly’s on her own in Ferncliff right now and that can only spell trouble! We’ll give you updates as other news and rumors emerge.
