General Hospital Spoilers Thursday, July 20: Nina and Peter Trapped by Flames – Chase Warns Michael – Diane Fears for Carly

“General Hospital” spoilers for Thursday, July 20, tease that Nina (Michelle Stafford) will be stuck inside the stables with Peter (Wes Ramsey). She’ll scream for help, but she’ll have her doubts about getting it. Nina still thinks everyone’s buying the quarantine story.

Fortunately, Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) figured out his wife’s deception. Once he’s cleared at the PCPD, he’ll rush over to check things out at Wyndemere. Finn (Michael Easton) will eventually dash over there as well, so Nina and Peter have some assistance headed their way.

Maxie’s (Kirsten Storms) planning a trip to Spoon Island, too. When Lulu (Emme Rylan) catches up with her, she’ll wonder what this is all about. “General Hospital” spoilers say Maxie will recap the Liesl (Kathleen Gati) drama. She’ll feel like Dr. O and Nina may be keeping Peter at Wyndemere, so she’ll want to see for herself. Lulu will join Maxie for their latest big adventure.

Meanwhile, General Hospital spoilers show Jason (Steve Burton) will console Sonny (Maurice Benard). Since Sonny wasn’t able to see Carly (Laura Wright) at Ferncliff, he’ll probably be battling some guilt. Sonny may wish he could’ve prevented Carly’s escape and kept her release on track. Now Carly’s in more trouble than ever and there’s no end in sight.

Jason won’t think Sonny should hold himself responsible. Carly knew exactly what she was doing when she showed up at the “Melle” wedding. They all just have to stay strong and hope for a positive outcome.

At Ferncliff, Diane (Carolyn Hennesy) will realize just how bad the situation is for Carly. She’ll try to speak to the drugged patient, but Carly will just ramble about the nuptials. Diane will undoubtedly promise to fix this if she can. Carly at least needs to get off those meds and get back to her old room.

Other GH spoilers say Chase (Josh Swickard) will be concerned about Michael (Chad Duell). Nelle’s (Chloe Lanier) suspicions are growing, so the stakes are higher than ever. Over the phone, Chase will warn Michael about what’s ahead. He’ll insist that if Nelle knows this is a trap, she’ll become even more dangerous. That’s definitely true, but Michael won’t let it stop their brilliant plot.

Later, Nelle will speak with someone at the Quartermaine mansion. We know she’s supposed to ask Chase for help on Friday, so that may be what this chat’s about. Nelle will insist that she didn’t get away with murder. Of course, she’ll be referring to the accusations she faced after Zach’s death.

Nelle may or may not have been guilty in that case, but she’ll certainly be guilty in the next one. “General Hospital” spoilers say she’ll want Chase to take deadly action. At some point within the next few episodes, Nelle will push Chase to kill Michael!
