General Hospital Spoilers: Thanksgiving Promo – JaSam Reunite For Holidays – Alexis’ Surprise – Ava Finds Trouble

General Hospital spoilers indicate that there are going to be plenty of Thanksgiving surprises this week in Port Charles.

Apparently, Jason Morgan [Steve Burton] and Sam [Kelly Monaco] are taking things to the next level (finally), Kiki  Jerome [Hayley Erin] takes hold of her man Griffin and Ava stands her ground next to Nina.

According to General Hospital spoilers, Sam hasn’t had the best week. She’s at home, she’s sick, and all she needs is someone to help nurse her back to health. Luckily, that someone is Jason, as he stops by to check on her and little Danny Morgan.

After all, Jason does have a reputation of being at the right place, at the right time.  But it’s not until Alexis Davis [Nancy Lee Grahn] shows up that things start to get pretty interesting. When she asks little Danny about Sam, he simply replies that “both mommy and daddy are in bed together,” leaving Alexis with a shocked look on her face.

Elsewhere, it looks like Kiki has her arms completely wrapped around Griffin Munro [Matt Cohen] and she’s not letting go. She’s made it pretty clear to her new half-sister Sasha that Griffin is off limits. Sasha has been trying to get very up close and personal with Griffin and seeing how he left Kiki’s mother Ava Jerome [Maura West] for her own daughter, Kiki has every reason to worry.

Speaking of Ava, it also looks like she is about to go head to head with Nina as the two women will definitely bring plenty of fireworks to Port Charles this week. Ryan is involved in their squabble, too.
