General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease November sweeps will be one to remember in Port Charles. Head writers Shelly Altman and Chris Van Etten share the hottest storylines the viewers can expect to see. Wedding drama, family drama, and relationship drama– that is only a part of drama the fans can expect to see. Here’s what we know so far.

Sonny’s Greatest Challenge

With Sonny’s father’s illness moving in one direction, he will have to make a big decision. This is the biggest challenge Sonny he’s ever had to face. Everything he has worked so hard for won’t mean anything compared to his dad’s situation.

Also, Margaux (Elizabeth Hendrickson) will continue to try to find an angle to bring Sonny to justice. Something will happen and they both will see each other differently. Meanwhile, Carly (Laura Wright) will deal with her own drama. If the Corinthos family wants to pull through, they will have to lean on each other.

Drew, Jason, Sam Love Triangle

Jason (Steve Burton) and Sam (Kelly Monaco) are meant to be together Whenever they have ripped apart from each other, but fate has a way of bringing them back to each other. They have an undeniable attraction, however, there is a problem— Sam also has deep feelings for Drew (Billy Miller), Jason’s twin brother.

Ryan’s on a Rampage

The Halloween death is only the beginning for Port Charles. Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) has a thirst for blood and no one suspects him as he seems like the model citizen. How long can he keep the target off his back? His fascination with bad girl Ava (Maura West) could be his downfall.

Franco and Liz

Franco (Roger Howarth) and Liz(Rebecca Herbst) will have a major challenge this month. Will their wedding finally take place? If it does, it won’t come without many obstacles. The writers promise the wedding will happen and the fans will see a romantic event.
