General Hospital Steve Burton Solves Port Charles’ Biggest Mystery & Dishes On 55th Anniversary Episode

General Hospital star Steve Burton says that the show’s executive producers are pulling all the stops for the upcoming 55th anniversary episode. As a matter of fact, the handsome actor has revealed that one of Port Charles’ biggest mysteries is about to be revealed. What’s more, fans are in for quite a few bombshells, too.

Steve said that for years people have always wondered why his character Jason Morgan would appear on the show with a black shirt on everyday. And according to the actor, the answer is quite simple. He solved Port Charles’ biggest mystery for fans by admitting that he sweats a lot on the set of the show!

For Steve, it’s a classic look, but it’s also a practical one. He admitted, “The real reason was the set was really hot all the time and I chose a black T-shirt because you would have to change your T-shirt like four times a day if you’re wearing gray!”

What’s more, Steve says that the 55th anniversary episode is going to be one that fans will remember for a very long time. Not only will viewers get to see some familiar faces again, but they will also be in for quite a few surprises, too. He credits General Hospital’s producers for getting all the pieces of the storyline along with the bombshells right.

“They did it right,” Steve explained. “It’s a great show. You can expect to see some of the legends come back, which is going to be amazing.”
