General Hospital Spoilers: Spencer’s Attempt To Get A Mob Hit On Valentin Fails

General Hospital spoilers tease that Spencer Cassadine’s (Nicholas Bechtel) getting nervous about the “heat” that’s on him and goes to Uncle Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) for protection! Spencer is nervous about the election tampering he did by putting a virus in the voting machines during the mayoral election.  Add to this he could also be nervous about the murders taking place in Port Charles. He tells Sonny that he has the heat on him and needs help!

“Heat” means pressure or the investigation of the election tampering, it’s doubtful Sonny will think that someone is gunning for Spencer! “Having heat” and “packing heat” are two different things entirely! If Spencer were “packing heat” he’d get quite a sermon from Sonny, because Spencer has absolutely no business carrying a gun! It’s bad enough he’s learned to hack into computer systems! Sonny suggests Spencer and he “discuss business” over milk and cookies or some other kid-appropriate snacks at Kelly’s!

Sonny will not be surprised that Spencer’s gotten himself into some trouble, since he does have that tendency, but it’s usually been kid stuff and nothing serious. Because it’s the election tampering investigation that Spencer is nervous about, he is concerned he will get caught, and he knows Uncle Sonny knows how not to get caught!

In Spencer-like fashion, he dramatically laments about if he gets caught, he’ll face life as a juvenile delinquent, when all he meant to do is help Grandma Laura Collins (Genie Francis) win the election! He is bold enough to suggest Sonny’s gotten himself out of worse than that even though he was guilty, and wants to know how to “beat the rap”.  Spencer also tells Uncle Sonny that Valentin has the goods on him, he suggests Sonny get rid of Valentin.  Sonny tells Spencer it’s not a great idea.  Spencer has many reasons to want to get rid of Valentin.

It would appear that Spencer’s sneaky Cassadine genes are starting to kick into high gear, but Sonny will know how to calm him down and may be able to convince him that he more than likely won’t face serious charges since he’s a minor. Sonny may head over to Valentin who Spencer thinks is going to turn him in.  Sonny could have a serious talk with Valentin and tell him to back off Spencer.  How do you think Valentin will take Sonny’s interference?
