General Hospital Casting: Soap Looking For A Beautiful Actress To Play Exciting New Role

General Hospital spoilers tease that fans might soon be seeing a new face in Port Charles. That’s because the highly rated ABC soap is looking for a “beautiful” actress to play the new role of Jessica.

Reports say that producers are looking for an African-American actress in her early to late 30s to play a new character by the name of Jessica. Of course, no one knows if this will be the same name that writers will use in front of the canvas, but for now fans are interested to hear about this new role.

All we do know is that this mystery woman might play matchmaker between Curtis (Donnell Turner) and an old friend of Chandra’s. One the role has been cast, the new actress will begin filming her scenes in August, which means that viewers won’t find out who she is or what she’s doing until much later in the year.

With that being said, there’s also speculation that “Jessica” might end up hooking up with someone like Chase or one of the other studs on the show. Apparently, Jessica is a total package who is “strong, smart and savvy” as well as “beautiful and dynamic.”

In other words, she’s just the kind of person who can easily stir some trouble for many people in Port Charles. And if she doesn’t hook up with either Curtis or Chase, there’s a good chance she’ll end up hooking up with someone else. Of course, fans will just have to tune in to see!
