General Hospital Spoilers: Sam Wants Quickie Divorce From Jason To Marry Drew

General Hospital Spoilers: Sam Wants Quickie Divorce From Jason To Marry DrewGeneral Hospital spoilers indicate that Sam has one person standing in the way in between her and her future with Drew Cain: her husband Jason Morgan. She finds out that her marriage to Jason is still binding when she tries to tie the knot with Drew.

According to General Hospital head scribe Shelly Altman, Sam is moving forward with her plans to divorce Jason, regardless of what other people like Carly or Alexis have to say about it. She recently told ABC Soaps in Depth in an interview, “It makes sense to him that in order to move forward, she should make a clean break with the past. As much as she is hoping to prove something to everyone else, she is equally trying to prove something to herself.”

What’s more, Carly seems undeterred after Jason breaks the news to her that Sam wants a divorce. Still, she thinks that Sam is making a “hasty and wrong-minded decision.” To complicate matters even more, Drew has no idea about Jason and Sam’s New Year’s Eve kiss.
