General Hospital Spoilers & Recap Wednesday, December 12: Liesl Blackmails Valentin - Ryan Targeting Carly?General Hospital (GH) recap & spoilers for Wednesday, December 12, 2018, reveals Nina (Michelle Stafford) and Sasha (Sophie Mattsson) meet for breakfast.

GH Spoilers – Nina and Sasha Say Goodbye

Spencer (Nicholas Bechtel) comes inside to wait for Sonny (Maurice Benard) and speaks to Nina. After hearing their conversation, Sonny asks Spencer about the election tampering. Spencer asks Sonny to get rid of Valentin (James Patrick Stuart). Sonny tells Spencer that killing is wrong and asks how Valentin found out. Spencer tells Sonny that he slipped malware into the election system to buy Laura (Genie Frances) time.

Sonny tells Spencer he wants better for him. Sonny tells Spencer to think about who he would be disappointing the next time he has to choose between right and wrong. Spencer can’t take his grandmother being disappointed in him. Sonny says he could be disappointed too if Spencer makes the wrong choice again. Sonny hugs Spencer and tells him the next time he’s at a crossroads to call him.

General Hospital Spoilers – Sasha Encourage Nina To Be With Valentin

General Hospital’s Spencer comes in and tells Nina he already knows her daughter. Sasha tells Nina that Valentin was saying something to Spencer about election tampering. Nina tells Sasha she can’t believe Valentin threatened Spencer, she says he didn’t, he was very patient with him. Sasha tells Nina she is making up excuses not to be close to Valentin.

Nina says Valentin gives her plenty of reason’s not to trust him. Sasha questions why Nina doesn’t go back to Valentin since she’s still in love with him. Sasha tells Nina it has been great getting to know her mother. Sasha begs Nina to stay with Valentin to be safe. Sasha hugs Nina and calls her mom. Nina is happy she found Sasha, the daughter she always wanted. Sasha leaves Port Charles to go home.

GH Spoilers – Liesl Doesn’t Want Punishment

General Hospital’s Valentin arrives at the PCPD to meet with Liesl (Kathleen Gati). Valentin believes she needs a lawyer instead of him. Liesl tells Valentin she wants him to make sure there is no punishment for what she has done to Peter August (Wes Ramsey). Liesl tells Valentin that he will lose Nina if he doesn’t help her. Liesl tells Valentin he gave Nina a daughter that isn’t hers. Liesl tells Valentin she knows Sasha isn’t Nina’s daughter because she saw him steal DNA at the funeral home. Liesl tells Valentin to fix this or she will go to Nina.

General Hospital Spoilers – Maxie And Peter Discuss The Almost Kiss

General Hospital’s Maxie (Kirstin Storms) and Peter meet for breakfast. Anna (Finola Hughes) tells Maxie and Peter that she arrested Liesl. Anna tells Peter she wanted Liesl arrested so he would be safe. Peter asks what happens next and Anna tells Peter that Liesl will go on trial.

Peter looks forward to telling his story and thanks her. Maxie tells Peter that she’s not defending Liesl, but she understands what she did through her grief. Peter tells Maxie it is ok to forgive Liesl. Maxie tries to help Peter to forgive Anna, and he’s not sure that he can. Maxie and Peter agree to see what is happening between them. Valentin calls Peter and wants to meet at Wyndemere; it’s about Liesl.

GH Chase Needs Help With Griffin

General Hospital’s Finn (Michael Easton) and Anna share I love you again. Chase (Josh Swickard) calls Finn and summons him for an emergency. Chase has brought Griffin (Matt Cohen) to his apartment and wanted Finn to help him. Chase thinks Finn’s twelve step program will help him to deal with Griffin’s and his drinking. Finn asks Griffin if he is coming back to work soon. Griffin tells Finn that he regrets it. Finn tells Griffin he shouldn’t be drinking in the park in December. Griffin tells Finn to let him go, he refuses.

Griffin wants to know why Finn can’t let it go. Finn tells Griffin that he helped him when he discovered his addiction to pain medication. Finn says he is thankful to Griffin every day. Finn tells Griffin the best thing he can do is to come back to work. Finn tells Griffin he needs to take a shower because he smells bad. Chase thought to call Finn was a bad idea, but Finn has proven him wrong.

Griffin takes a shower, and Finn talks him into going to the hospital to at least look over files. Finn gets in touch with someone who he says is better equipped to deal with Griffin at the moment. Chase offers Finn scampi for breakfast. Anna meets Griffin at the hospital. Griffin isn’t sure what is supposed to happen now. Anna tells Griffin he will see Kiki everywhere. Anna offers to go through the hospital with Griffin, and they can face Kiki’s (ex-Hayley Erin) ghost together.

General Hospital – Is Ryan Targeting Carly?

General Hospital’s Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) is at GH, Carly (Laura Wright) approaches him. Ryan blames Carly for Ava’s (Maura West) breakdown at the funeral. Carly defends herself, and Ryan yells at her to stop talking. Carly asks what the hell is wrong with “Kevin (Jon Lindstrom).” Ryan brings up Carly past as well as Sonny’s. Ryan says Ava deserves empathy, Carly went to the funeral to offer that to her.

Carly tells Kevin she discovered something about her neighbor at Ferncliff. Ryan drags her off to the side and demands to know why Carly is so worried about that patient. Carly tells him she knows his name was Wilson and that he could be suffering the way she was. Ryan offers to find out what he can about the patient at Ferncliff and tells Carly he will be in touch. Carly tells Ava that she doesn’t recognize Kevin and warns her to be careful. Laura comes to the hospital and meets with Carly, they discuss “Kevin” and his actions.

GH Laura Warns Ava

General Hospital’s Laura brings flowers to Ava and offers her condolences. Ava says Laura sees Kiki’s death as karma. Ava tells Laura she blames her for withdrawing her testimony about Nicolas’ (ex-Nick Stable)/Tyler Christopher) death.

Laura tells Ava that yes she was upset with her about Nicholas, but no one deserves to lose a child. Ava apologizes to Laura and tells her that she and Kevin just started seeing each other, she doesn’t know what was going on before she returned. Ryan comes home and tells Ava that he ran into Carly. Ryan says Ava won’t pay for this but Carly will.
