General Hospital Spoilers: Pregnant Nelle Takes A Dangerous Tumble

General Hospital spoilers tease that Nelle and Michael’s baby might be in danger. Pregnant Nelle will soon take a very dangerous tumble down a flight of stairs. And according to the manipulative mother-to-be, she believes it might have been Carly who was behind her fall.

As many viewers know, Nelle has been spending more time terrorizing Carly than actually preparing for her new baby during her pregnancy. In fact, she’s spent most of her time making Carly feel like she’s crazy with quite a few not-so-subtle hints from her dead son Morgan.

Yet, things will take a turn for the worst when Nelle and Carly take their battle at the top of the stairs after a heated argument during Nelle’s baby shower. Nelle claims that Carly pushed her down the stairs. As much as Carly can’t stand the sight of Nelle, at the same time she doesn’t want anything to happen to her future grandchild. Of course, Dante ends up arresting Carly anyway. But this isn’t the worst of Nelle’s troubles. Carly might be in jail, but she still has to deal with Sonny.

If fans can recall, Carly actually lost Sonny’s baby when she fell down the stairs during her pregnancy several years ago, too. And seeing how uneventful Nelle’s pregnancy has been so far, there’s speculation that her baby might be in danger. After all, she is near her due date and at this point, anything can happen. Fans will just have to tune in to find out what will happen next.
