General Hospital Spoilers: Peter Thinks He’s Invincible – His Ego Getting In Way Of Common Sense

General Hospital spoilers indicate that Peter August might be way in over his head! As a matter of fact, actor Wes Ramsey, who plays the character on the highly rated ABC soap, says that he’s worried about his character as he’s headed towards what looks like a painful downfall.

According to Wes, villain Peter has been making one bad decision after another at the wrong time, considering that half of Port Charles is trying to uncover Henrik or Peter’s secrets. Yet, Faison’s son doesn’t seem to be too concerned about what he’s doing or what is in his future for that matter. Once the truth will be revealed about his true identity, it’s without a doubt that Maxie will be devastated. Yet, Peter’s ego seems to be getting in the way of his common sense.

As a matter of fact, Wes recently told ABC Soaps in Depth in a new interview, “He thinks he’s invincible. Throughout the last several months, he’s been just pulling strings and holding all the cards. But when someone believes they cannot fall, are they overestimating themselves… or underestimating someone else?”

Wes added, “Whatever it is, I suspect everything will eventually come crashing down like a giant house of cards, which will be wonderfully dramatic – and a lot of fun for all of us!”

Of course, fans will just have to tune in to see how Peter will do despite his dicey situation. We cannot wait for May Sweeps to finally begin!
