General Hospital Spoilers: Obrecht Threatens Anna Devane – Battle Leads to Peter’s Rescue?

General Hospital’s Anna Devane [Finola Hughes] used to be a brilliant spy for the WSB and Liesl Obrecht [Kathleen Gati] is hiding a huge secret.  Will Liesl let something slip in her confrontation today that leads Anna to save Peter?

Liesl’s Hatred For Anna Is Unrealistic

Liesl’s hatred for Anna Devane is unrealistic and completely unhealthy.  General Hospital spoilers show Liesl’s hatred is completely based on Faison’s [Anders Hove] obsession and how could that possibly be Anna’s fault?

Liesl admits to Faison being a mad man, she knows how his mind worked and she knows Anna didn’t have to feed his obsession, he did that all by himself.  In reality, Liesl is as crazy as Faison in most ways. Honestly, with her torture tactics, Liesl should have been a mob boss.

No Pain, No Gain

Liesl seems to think she can torture a confession out of Peter on General Hospital.  Liesl isn’t thinking straight because if Peter is discovered with injuries it will prove the confession was made under duress and be inadmissible in court.

Torturing Peter August [Wes Ramsey] makes no sense really, not to the point of breaking bones anyway because it is going to get her nowhere.  All Liesl has done is involved Nina Clay [Michelle Stafford] in yet another crime that she doesn’t need to be in the middle of.

What Will Peter Confess To?

If Peter does confess on General Hospital to being an accomplice to an international criminal, what is he really confessing to?  We have no proof when he was with Faison and when he wasn’t.  We don’t know what crimes Peter was or was not aware of.

Honestly, the crimes that we know Peter committed have to do with Jason Morgan Steve Burton] and could very well get him taken out by the mob.  Why should Peter pay for Faison’s crimes when Liesl helped him escape Port Charles with Britt and she never paid?

Liesl’s Anna Hatred

General Hospital spoilers show Liesl hates Anna to the point that she could easily slip up and tell her what happened to Peter.  Any little slip, like a broken hand mention, torture mention, getting what he deserves, any comment close to those could tip Anna off and land Liesel in prison herself instead of Peter.

Anna is on high alert and not nearly as distracted as she has been, she could pick up on the slightest detail and  know what Liesl has done.

Peter has to be rescued somehow, hopefully Liesl doesn’t  hang herself while trying to crucify Peter.
