General Hospital’s new promo teases, “A loving husband, a good cop, gone too soon – the final farewell.” The promo closes with a devastating clip of Maxie [Kirsten Storms] kneeling over Nathan’s casket in the snowy cemetery.
General Hospital fans are still pretty heartbroken over Ryan Paevey leaving the ABC soap opera, but at least the writers have given him an honorable farewell and an exit that will be talked about for years to come.
