General Hospital Spoilers Monday, July 2: Chase Comes Clean – Maxie Questions Sam – Carly Snoops At Ferncliff

“General Hospital” spoilers for Monday, July 2, tease that Maxie (Kristen Storms) will seek answers from Sam (Kelly Monaco). She’ll want to know what the plan is, so this may be about Peter (Wes Ramsey). GH fans know Curtis (Donnell Turner) and Sam are searching for info on his whereabouts. Nina (Michelle Stafford) and Liesl (Kathleen Gati) are terrible secret-keepers, so Sam just got a big clue.

Sam may be hesitant to divulge much just yet, but she’ll undoubtedly reassure Maxie. She intends to catch learn Peter’s location and when she does, Maxie will be one of her first calls. Elsewhere, Curtis will bring Nina up to speed on the case. He’ll note that Valentin’s (James Patrick Stuart) innocent and ponder who actually kidnapped Peter. Nina’s eyes will widen as she struggles to play it cool.

In the meantime, “General Hospital” spoilers say Peter will plead for his freedom again. He’ll call out to someone in the doorway, but it could easily be another crazy hallucination. Peter’s infection is taking a toll, so he’s a little off his rocker right now.

Of course, Carly’s (Laura Wright) locked up with plenty of nutty characters. She’s stuck at Ferncliff and Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) has warned her about the other dangerous patients. However, Carly will want to hear about her neighbor specifically. She’ll wonder if there’s a reason she should fear him.

Kevin seems to know more than he’s letting on, but he’ll keep dancing around the truth on Monday. Over with Jason (Steve Burton), he’ll share some positive updates with Sonny (Maurice Benard). After explaining Spinelli’s (Bradford Anderson) latest success, Jason will insist that they’re making progress.

Nelle (Chloe Lanier) messed up, but she doesn’t know that they’ve caught her just yet. Jason and Sonny will try to make that work in Carly’s favor. At the Quartermaine mansion, Nelle will seem on edge. Michael will ask if she’s changed her mind about getting married, but she probably just needs more encouragement.

Nelle’s got serious trust issues and many, many secrets. It’s understandable that she’d think Michael’s proposal is too good to be true. That’s because it is! Michael has no intention of building a life with Nelle, but he’ll make her believe his devotion on Monday.

Across town, “General Hospital” spoilers say Chase (Josh Swickard) will come forward with an admission. It looks like he’ll spill his Nelle history to Jordan (Vinessa Antoine) and ask for some help with the takedown. We’ll keep you posted as other news and rumors emerge.
