General Hospital Spoilers: Michael Vows To Help Nelle, Despite Everything She Has Done

General Hospital spoilers show that in his last meeting with Nelle (Chloe Lanier), Michael (Chad Duell) vowed to ask for mercy.  Michael told Nelle he was doing it for their son.  After all, Nelle has done, why would Michael even offer?  Could he still have feelings for Nelle?  How does he think this will help her?

Nelle Has Caused Havoc From Day One

Nelle blew into town to cause problems.  Nelle has played on the Corinthos family for years.  Nelle purposely became close to the family.  Nelle set out to separate Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Carly (Laura Wright).  Nelle targeted Michael.  Nelle used Morgan’s (Bryan Craig) death. Nelle blamed Carly for everything wrong in her life. Nelle was bad from day one.  Nelle only got worse as time went on.

Nelle Used Jonah As A Weapon

From the time her pregnancy was discovered Nelle exploited it.  That positive pregnancy test was her ticket to riches and nothing more.  Nelle used Jonah to taught Carly.  Nelle used Jonah to control Michael.

Nelle used Jonah to destroy Michael’s family.  Jonah was a plot point from day one and still is.  Nelle proved this when she faked Jonah’s death and gave him away.  Nelle will continue to use Jonah as long as she can.

Michael Has No Idea His Child Is Alive

Michael thinks he’s doing something in memory of his son.  Michael will regret it when the truth comes out. Michael has unknowingly held his son.  Michael has congratulated his son’s new parents.  Michael has even sent some of Jonah’s clothes to him unwittingly.  Nelle has put Michael through a lot.  Michael owes her nothing.  Hopefully, the truth will come out soon.

Does Michael Still Have Feelings For Nelle

Is Michael helping Nelle for Jonah?  Michael has always had a soft spot for Nelle.  Michael is a forgiving person.  Could Michael sympathize with Nelle?  Maybe Michael still feels sorry for Nelle.  Deep down maybe Michael still loves Nelle. Maybe Michael is still pulled to her because she needs someone.  Michael seems to need to be needed.  Unfortunately, Michael is often taken advantage of because of it.

Michael may want to help Nelle, but there are other issues.  Gaslighting Carly, attempted murder, and other Port Charles crimes aren’t the issue.  Nelle admitted to murdering her ex-fiance’ Zack.  Whether the case is in Maine or Florida, they have the right to trial first.  Michael may not be able to help Nelle at all.
