General Hospital Spoilers: Lulu’s New Investigation – Helps Carly Crack Ferncliff Mystery?

General Hospital spoilers tease that Lulu Falconeri (Emme Rylan) will soon start a new investigation while Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) continues his revenge and murder spree. This new investigation and the related articles may not be meant to relate to Ryan and the crime spree anniversary series, but it will, unbeknownst to Lulu!

Laura Collins (Genie Francis) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) had started on a fact-finding mission to investigate Ferncliff, when it was interrupted by Ryan posing as his twin Kevin. Shortly afterwards, Nurse Mary Pat Ingles (Patricia Bethune), who had been fired from Ferncliff, was gruesomely murdered.

This may spark Lulu’s curiosity as to if Mary Pat was murdered because of secrets she may have known about Ferncliff and its operation that may not have been discontinued; outdated procedures, and possibly experimental procedures or treatments that had not been cleared as safe for the patients, for instance.

Of course, General Hospital viewers know that Ryan killed Mary Pat because she did know some secrets—secrets that could expose Ryan for who he is, and lead to freedom for Kevin!

Lulu, Laura, and Carly have already run afoul of Ryan. He has been rather perturbed that Lulu’s series of Invader articles focused on the victims and not him; he of course just broke up with Laura in the guise of Kevin; and pointed the Port Charles Police department in Carly’s direction and made her a person of interest in the murder of Mary Pat!

He certainly doesn’t need Lulu writing investigative articles about Ferncliff and snooping around there along with Laura, Carly, and whoever else may become involved in the investigation later on. DA Margaux Dawson (Elizabeth Hendrickson) could even become involved in the Ferncliff investigation, although that certainly won’t help Carly, she’ll probably focus more on investigating her than the facility! Lulu may indeed put herself in danger of becoming one of Ryan’s victims if she doesn’t watch her back!
