General Hospital Spoilers: Jason Morgan And Robert Scorpio Team Up To Take Down Kidnappers

Some General Hospital fans are in an uproar over Jason (Steve Burton) teaming up with Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) this week.   Is this so out of character for Jason Morgan?  Why is teaming up with the WSB any different than the FBI or the PCPD?

Jason Worked With The FBI To Save Spinelli

General Hospital’s Jason was forced to work with the FBI to save Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Spinelli (Bradford Anderson).  Jason helped with the biotoxin at the hospital.  Jason helped capture Anthony Zacchara (Bruce Weitz).  Sam (Kelly Monaco) and Jason worked to save Spinelli when he ran away.  Sam helped Jason by stealing the flash drive from FBI files.

Jason Worked With The PCPD During The Hospital Hostage Crisis

Jason helped get into the hospital.  Jason helped break into the computer system.  Jason went into a room full of hostages to get Spinelli out. Jason fully cooperated with the police during this crisis and others.

Jason worked With Dante To Catch Franco

GH’s Jason came out of prison to help Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) try and capture Franco (Roger Howarth).  Jason was under the constant scrutiny from Ronnie.  Jason offered himself as bait for Franco. Jason was accused of killing Franco.  Later it was proven Franco didn’t die.  Jason was pushed by Maxie as well at the PCPD to help with this case.

Jason Worked With The PCPD To Catch The Balkin

General Hospital’s The Balkan (Daniel Benzali) kidnapped Brenda (Vanessa Marcil) and almost killed Sam.  Jason worked with Dante to try and save Brenda. Jason went into the tunnels with Dante.  Jason chased the Balkan to his helicopter.  Jason and Spinelli tried to track the Balkan. Jason has been very helpful to the PCPD.

Jason Has Helped Anna

Jason worked with Anna (Finola Hughes) to find Heinrich (Wes Ramsey).  Jason had no idea he was Anna’s son.  Jason knew Heinrich was a threat and he willingly helped Anna search.  Jason went as far as to pretend to be Anna’s bodyguard.  Jason helped protect Emma (Brooklyn Rae Silzer) on this adventure. Jason kept Heinrich from shooting Anna on the pier. Jason didn’t go after Heinrich because of Anna and Robin (Kimberly McCullough).

Jason Agrees To Help Robert

Why would Jason not help save Robin’s mom?  Jason and Robert believe they are going after Anna.  Robin was Jason’s first love after his accident.  Jason loves Robin.  Jason respects Robert and Anna. Robert believes Anna is in danger.  Jason is going to help, that’s who he is.  With Jason’s history of helping the cops, no matter how much he hates them, this should not be a surprise.

Just because General Hospital’s Jason Morgan is a mob enforcer does not mean he won’t help others.  Jason is a good-hearted man who helps anyone in need.  Even if Jason didn’t like Anna, he would save her for Robin.  Jason is doing just what Jason does. Everyone else always comes before his needs.
