General Hospital Spoilers: JaSam Busted! Will Liz Rat Them Out?

General Hospital spoilers tease that Sam Cain [Kelly Monaco] is feeling a bit guilty about her emotional moments with Jason Morgan [Steve Burton], and after realizing she is now in love with both Drew and Jason she wants to come clean to her husband.

General Hospital spoilers for Monday’s episode of GH show Sam and Jason in the hallway at the hospital discussing their feelings and how to break the news to Drew Cain [Billy Miller].  Of course, there are no secrets in Port Charles, and they are overheard by none other than Liz Webber [Rebecca Herbst].

Liz has a complicated relationship with Jason Morgan, and Sam and Drew, and has been involved in a love triangle with Sam and both men.  Will she keep her lips sealed, or spill the Sam and Jason’s secret to Drew before they get a chance.

It will certainly be interesting to see where Liz’s loyalties lie, does she have a stronger connection with Drew or Jason?

Recently, Liz’s relationship with Franco took a major crash and burn.  And, she may be looking to spark up an old flame with either men.

Regardless, Liz and Sam have never been besties, and with her relationship in turmoil, Liz may secretly get a little bit of joy out of watching Sam’s relationships blow up in her face.
