General Hospital Spoilers: Hot Promo Teases BIG October Surprises, Cat-fights, New Love Triangles, And MORE!

General Hospital’s new promo video teases that we’re in for some big October surprises in Port Charles. First off, Ava (Maura West) will get a surprise opportunity to cause trouble for Kiki (Hayley Erin) and Griffin (Matt Cohen). She’ll spy the first meeting between Kiki and her newly-found sister Sasha (Sofia Mattsson).

Ava will take great interest in the fact that Sasha looks particularly taken by Griffin, who’s present at the meeting.The wheels in Ava’s head will turn. “So, Kiki and her new sister have the same taste in men,” Ava will muse to herself. “I can work with that.”

Who knows what Ava will have up her sleeve, but it sounds like it will involve some plot to use Sasha to break up Kiki and Griffin. Will Ava become Sasha’s new best friend?

Next, Kim (Tamara Braun) and Drew (Billy Miller) are shown confronting Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) after finding out that Alexis is representing Oscar (Garren Stitt) in his emancipation case against them. GH spoilers say that they’ll be livid with Alexis, and the promo shows Kim fiercely slapping Alexis in the heat of the moment. Kim is also shown asking Sam (Kelly Monaco) for help. Specifically, Kim will ask Sam to help her save Oscar’s life.

This will certainly come as a shock to Sam, who probably won’t understand what she could possibly to do help keep Oscar alive. We’ll see what Kim has in mind.Finally, a few other characters are shown being taken off guard. The promo quickly shows Laura (Genie Francis) looking shocked by something or someone – this is likely related to something Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) has done or not done that’s puzzling Laura.

Cameron (William Lipton) is also shown looking wary of something – he’s likely showing concern over the drama that’s been going on between Josslyn (Eden McCoy) and Oscar lately.  Finally, we see Carly (Laura Wright) screaming “No!” in absolute fright. It’s possible she’s had a nightmare or flashbacks about her time at Ferncliff, as GH spoilers say that she’ll soon experience some difficulties as a result of that terrible experience.
