General Hospital Spoilers: Friday, May 18 – Maxie’s Baby Shocker – Jason and Sam Prepare for Danger – Nelle’s Crisis at GH

“General Hospital” spoilers for Friday, May 18, tease that Maxie (Kirsten Storms) will be ready to hit the road. Her grief came rushing back at the Nurses Ball, so all the Nathan (Ryan Paevey) memories are just too much to bear right now. Maxie will ask Peter (Wes Ramsey) if he’d mind taking her home.

Naturally, Peter will do anything he can to comfort Maxie. They’ll head out, but a baby bombshell will derail the rest of their evening. Maxie will soon experience contractions. Once she realizes she’s in labor, it looks like Peter will have to take her to GH instead!

Of course, that means Peter may have to delay his meeting with Anna (Finola Hughes). There’s nothing more important to him than Maxie. Fortunately, Anna’s all wrapped up in a sappy love story anyway. Finn (Michael Easton) thought death was near for Anna, so he had to tell her how he really feels.

Anna will get choked up as Finn finishes his spiel. He’ll hate that it took him so long to share his feelings, but he’ll hope she can accept his apology. Anna will offer an explanation for the will Finn spotted. She’ll admit she’s not dying anytime soon, but it was nice to hear Finn’s heartfelt words. You can bet Anna will share a sincere speech of her own.

Meanwhile, Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) will seem jittery. He’ll continue to push the trip, which will leave Nina (Michelle Stafford) perplexed. She’ll grill Valentin about what’s going on, so it sounds like he needs to cool it. Valentin will only add to his troubles if Nina gets too suspicious.

Elsewhere, Drew (Billy Miller) and Oscar (Garren Stitt) will enjoy some father-son moments. “General Hospital” spoilers state that Oscar will embrace his dad and offer his gratitude. They’re really bonding, so that’s lovely to see. Over with Sonny (Maurice Benard), he’ll talk to Stella (Vernee Watson) about keeping things bottled up. If Stella thinks Sonny’s got the wrong idea, so she’ll be sure to say so.

At GH, Nelle will have major concerns. When her monitors start beeping like crazy, Nelle will freak and fear for her baby’s life. Michael (Chad Duell) will assure Nelle that everything’s OK. It seems this could be a false alarm or perhaps Michael will just stay calm to help Nelle. Either way, Nelle will be a nervous wreck!

Finally, Sam (Kelly Monaco) will shock Jason (Steve Burton) with huge news. She discovered Faison’s (Anders Hove) lighter in Peter’s office, so that’s the link Jason’s been looking for. “General Hospital” spoilers say Jason will worry about what’s next. He’ll feel like someone’s going to get hurt if they aren’t careful.
