General Hospital Spoilers Friday March 23: Alexis Taunts Julian – Sam Sobs To Drew – Anna Corners Finn

General Hospital spoilers for Friday, March 23, reveals Julian Jerome (William DeVry) bumps into Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) who takes the opportunity to give him a piece of her mind and to make him jealous of her relationship with Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) Alexis tells him that Finn “does it for me.” Will Julian take the bait?

General Hospital spoilers state Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will have a talk with Finn.  Will she finally tell him how she feels for him? Is it too late for these two; has Finn already moved on? Anna approaches Finn and asks him if he has a minute.

General Hospital Sam Cain (Kelly Monaco) wrestles with her complicated feelings. Sam has decided to come clean with her husband Drew Cain (Billy Miller) about her feelings for her ex-husband Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). She tearfully pleads with Drew, telling him “We really need to talk.” Drew is not prepared for what he is about to hear as he asks her “What’s up?”

General Hospital spoilers hint Jason gets together with Damien Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) to work on finding Henrik Faison (Wes Ramsey) but not before General Hospital’s Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) lets him know how happy she will be once Sam admits she belongs with Jason.

General Hospital’s Andre Maddox (Anthony Maddox) gets an earful from Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).  Sonny and his dad General Hospital Mike Corbin (Max Gail) have been arguing a lot lately because of his declining mental capacity due to Alzheimer’s. Mike accuses Sonny of calling him a liar and says, “now you want me to calm down?”

Other General Hospital spoilers hint Nelle Benson (Chole Lanier) will make a brazen move.  Will she attempt to hijack Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) relationship with Francesca (Celesta DeAstis) before it even begins?
