General Hospital Spoilers: Franco Warns Ava Kevin Is Not Himself!

General Hospital spoilers tease that even though it’s been twenty-something years since Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) were involved, he looks out for his friends, even if they’re old friends! Franco definitely can tell there’s something off with “Dr. Kevin Collins”. He recognizes darkness in him that was once part of himself, and may still be there, although harnessed and reigned in.

He mentioned to his fiancé Elizabeth Webber that if necessary, he’d be willing to go to the dark side if it would help the Port Charles Police capture the fiend who decapitated Mary Pat Ingles (Patricia Bethune) and divided her up between Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and Ava to find! He also told Commissioner Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) and Detective Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) to talk to “Kevin” about Ryan.

Franco may not be up on the latest in Ava’s world; it would appear that Ava and Ryan are not going to reprise Bonnie and Clyde like most General Hospital viewers thought and other General Hospital viewers teased. However, Ryan has to keep up an air of respectability to keep masquerading as his twin Kevin, so maybe he stopped treating Ava so he could date her – or at least show the appearance of dating her.

Longtime General Hospital viewers who were watching when Ryan and later Kevin first hit town, know that Ryan wasn’t really into women romantically or sexually…his obsession was with gaining their trust and then killing them! However, he did seem to have an affinity for pretty blondes!

Franco may have noticed that Kevin and Ava seem to have a friendship that includes having cocktails together, and probably has heard some hospital gossip. He may feel compelled to warn her that something’s off with Kevin. He may even suspect that Kevin is really his long thought to be dead evil twin Ryan, since Franco has something else besides being a serial killer in common with Ryan.

He himself was thought to be dead after Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) shot him twice and left him for dead in a burning warehouse! This was when James Franco was still portraying Franco, in 2012. So Ryan having survived being caught in a fire without having been shot would not at all be a surprise to Franco!
