General Hospital Spoilers: Franco And Liz Split – Is Friz Really Over On GH?

General Hospital spoilers have been hinting turmoil in Franco [Roger Howarth] and Liz Webber’s [Rebecca Herbst] relationship for months now.  In all fairness, Friz was never totally stable to begin with.  This week Liz promptly dumped her almost husband after discovering he had been keeping a secret from her about his childhood with Drew Cain [Billy Miller].

Friz’s break-up is not settling well with General Hospital fans.  Liz has forgiven Franco for much worse in the past, and has been his biggest champion, constantly defending him.  It seems a little out of character that out of nowhere she decided to call it quits.  Was she really that fed up with Franco, or was her decision feuled by the fact that either Drew Cain or Jason Morgan will be on the market as soon as Sam chooses which man she wants.

Then, there’s also the fact that Liz had to hear Franco’s secret from her longtime rival Sam Cain [Kelly Monaco].  It would have been different coming fro anyone else, but the fact that Sam got to break the news stung, a lot.

This week General Hospital spoilers tease that Liz’s new pal Kim will encourage her to work things out with Franco and not give up on Friz.  Will Liz take her advice, especially if the truth comes out about Franco’s past and it’s not as bad as they initially thought?  Let us know what you think in the comments below and check back with Soap Opera Spy for more General Hospital spoilers!
