General Hospital RUMORS: Robin And Patrick Heading To Port Charles To Save Oscar?

General Hospital (GH) rumors reveal that before Oscar’s (Garren Stitt) illness was revealed rumors were that Robin (Kimberly McCullough) was coming to help Anna (Finola Hughes) and Peter (Wes Ramsey). Could Oscar’s illness be the real reason Robin comes back to Port Charles?

Robin Has Worked With Brain Issues Before

Robin has helped with brain swelling and other issues that Jason (Steve Burton) has had. Could Robin come to consult on Oscar’s case in hopes of a miracle? Drew has agreed to keep the truth from Oscar. Drew is also aware of Robin’s expertise. Although they had words at these last meeting, could Drew reach out to Robin for help? Is it possible that Robin can come up with a protocol to help Oscar? Robin did come up with the medication that Patrick used to save Jason in 2012.

Liz Can Vouch For Robin As Well

Liz (Rebecca Herbst) could tell Kim (Tamara Braun) of Robin’s work and help convince her to at least give Robin a chance. Kim could easily research Robin’s history and see how good she is. Jason would undoubtedly sing Robin’s praises if allowed to do so, however, if Oscar isn’t told the truth, how will Jason find out.

Will Kim confide in Jason since he brought Oscar to the hospital? Will Jocelyn (Eden McCoy) find out and confide in Jason? Maybe Liz will reach out to her even without giving her the details. Robin would try her best to help if contacted.

Patrick Recast Of Off Screen Visit?

This storyline would be the perfect opportunity for a Patrick Drake recast. Robin could bring Patrick (Ex Jason Thompson) with her to perform an impossible surgery. Patrick saved Jason a few times when other said it was impossible. Fans know that Patrick Drake doesn’t do impossible.

With Patrick and Robin working together, maybe they could shrink and then remove the tumor. Kim should want her son to have the best possible chance. Robin and Patrick are a hard pair to beat. Kim and Drew could even take Oscar to Berkley for surgery if need be. Patrick may have better facilities to work with there.

Realistically, GH does not have two many Quartermaines remaining. It is doubtful that they will kill Oscar off. Having Robin and Patrick save him would be a much better story.
