A Matter Of Jurisdiction
Chase can hold Heinrik for 48 hours, Robert says that isn’t necessary his witness just arrived. Jason (Steve Burton) and Sam (Kelly Monaco) walk in and Chase asks if either of them are filing charges against Heinrik. Heinrik yells that he wants to press charges against Jason because he tried to kill him tonight. Heinrik says Jason hit him in the head and knocked him to the ground. Chase wants to know why Jason is there, Jason won’t talk without his attorney. Sam knows for a fact that Heinrik committed fraud. Sam points out that Heinrik said his name was Peter August (Wes Ramsey) and lied on all his employment paper. Robert still says the bureau has jurisdiction and Chase questions if Jason is a witness. Heinrik says Jason is going to claim that he kept him hostage for 5 years when he really saved his life. Heinrik says Jason was almost dead, he was ordered to kill him but went against Faison (Anders Hove) to keep him alive. Chase tells Jason if needs to tell if any of this is true if he can. Jason tells them he was shot in October 2012 and woke up in 2017. Jason was drugged and restrained. Jason was receiving no medical care.
General Hospital’s Chase is taking Heinrik to the hospital and then they are holding him. Sam and Jason head to the hospital, the figure out Peter is trying to get to Maxie (Kirstin Storm). Sam believes Peter will want Maxie to hear his side of the story. Meanwhile, Drew (Billy Miller) comes in and talks to Maxie. Drew will run interference between Nina (Michelle Stafford) and Peter. Later in the hallway, Maxie is being wheeled to the NICU followed by Drew, they come upon Jason and Sam and she invites them to go see the baby. Peter is coming through in handcuffs and Maxie asks why. Peter wants to speak to Maxie, Chase wants to know what happened to his headache. Maxie wants to talk to Peter privately, she’s confused. Heinrik tells her Peter is a name he chose for himself, he’s Heinrik Faison. Maxie figures out that Faison was at Crimson because of Heinrik and wants to go back to her room. Maxie lies in bed crying.
General Hospital’s Sam tells Drew that Heinrik could have that flash drive. Drew tells Sam he and Andre (Anthony Montgomery) are going to figure this out, he wants no trace of Jason Morgan. Sam tells Jason that Drew might not want that flash drive but she sure as hell does. Sam gets in the elevator to leave and nods her head for Jason to join her, he gets into the elevator as well.
General Hospital’s Anna (Finola Hughes) and Finn (Michael Easton) talking about Heinrik hiding in plain sight. Anna says she should have known, no one would have come to the hospital to see Faison for no reason. Anna tells Finn she pushed him away because she didn’t want to lie to him like she did everyone else. Anna tells Finn about Faison’s obsession with her and how she tried to set him up. Anna tells Finn that she gave the baby to the midwife and didn’t look back, Finn points out that Faison had no idea it was her child. Anna says she should have stayed in touch with the midwife, Heinrik’s life could have been different. Robert tells Ana Heinrik is going to the hospital, Anna wants Finn to go check out him. Later, Finn exams Heinrik as Chase looks observes.
General Hospital’s Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) tells Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) and Lulu that Nina misinterpreted what happened at the nurse’s ball. Valentin says he wasn’t charged because all he did was keep Peter’s secret. Dante tells Valentin that he could have warned Nina and Nathan (Ryan Paevey). Valentin mentions Lulu and her pen pal, Dante zones in on that. Dante wants to know more about this pen pal stuff, and finds out that Lulu confided in Anna and Peter. Dante congratulates her on confiding in the guy who set her up. Dante tells Lulu she didn’t learn anything from Nathan’s death and walks out to go to work.
General Hospital’s Nina and Maxie talking about the baby and how he reminds her of Nathan. Maxie tells Nina that she could not have managed delivering the baby without Peter. Nina doesn’t want to tell Maxie Peter’s real identity so she leaves.
General Hospital’s Griffin (Matt Cohen) bring Kiki (Hayley Erin) to his room and wants to order coffee, she has champagne and could have danced it off in the ball room. Kiki goes on to talk about dreams not coming true. Kiki and Griffin have a drink together. Kiki and Griffin waltz and then kiss. Griffin and Kiki sleep together.

General Hospital’s Nina goes home, Valentin was there, he wants her to hear Peter’s story. Valentin tells Nina about meeting Heinrik for the first time and going to his play in Bern. This began Valentin and Heinrik’s life -long friendship, he offered him what advice he could. Peter reached out to him and wanted to change his identity. Anna comes beating on the door and informs Valentin that Heinrik almost shot her tonight. Nina is just now finding out what Valentin did to get Heinrik. Anna has him by the collar of his shirt, Anna nor Nina understand why Valentin would hurt a child. Anna continues to question Valentin, she doesn’t believe he was protecting her child. Valentin thinks Anna knows how he feels, she tells him to go to hell and leaves. Nina packs her bags and leaves Valentin alone.
General Hospital’s Robert calls Anna, he needs her statement, she says she will be there shortly. After confronting Valentin, Anna arrives at the PCPD and cries in Robert’s Arms.
