General Hospital RECAP Tuesday October 2: Oscar Breaks Up With Jocelyn; Drew Refuses To Help Margaux

General Hospital’s Tuesday October 2 recap kicks off with  Carly (Laura Wright) comes downstairs, Jason (Steve Burton) asks how Mike (Max Gail) is.  Carly asks Jason if he thinks Mike is telling the truth.

Carly Wants To Trash Margaux’s Father

Carly asks Jason if Sonny (Maurice Benard) is in the clear, Jason says no. Jason tells Carly that Margaux (Elizabeth Hendrickson) is not going to drop this. Jason tells Carly that Sonny will do anything to protect Mike. Jason tells Carly that Margaux almost got to him.  Jason tells Carly that they have to shut Margaux down.

Jason says they need something to hold over Margaux’s head.  Carly wants to make sure Margaux figures out her father isn’t worth avenging. Carly says Margaux is self-righteous. Carly tells Jason that mob lawyers are not clean.  Carly wants to get information on Margaux’s father. Jason doesn’t want to trash Marino without Sonny’s approval.

Margaux Approaches Drew For Help

General Hospital’s Margaux tells Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry) she will flip Sonny’s, right-hand man. Jordan tells Margaux that Jason has no ties to any of this.  Margaux tells Jordan there has to be another way to do this. Margaux leaves quickly.  Margaux has Drew (Billy Miller) meet her at the hospital.

Margaux tells Drew that Sonny killed her father and wants to know if he’s going to help her now. Drew tells Margaux that he has no memory of her father, Jason had to find out after the memory transfer.  Margaux offers to be there for Drew if he needs to talk.  Drew wishes he could help Margaux.  Margaux tells Drew there are several crimes they could use to take down Sonny.  Drew refuses to help Margaux and walks away.

Kim Tries To Break Up With Julian

General Hospital’s  Oscar (Garren Stitt) is furious with Kim (Tamara Braun) and wants nothing to do with the trial. Oscar agrees to talk to Terry (Cassandra James) again. Kim advises Oscar to talk to someone about his feelings. Oscar refuses to tell anyone that he’s sick right now. Julian (William DeVry) tells Kim he is there for her if she needs him.

Kim tells Julian that she can’t tell him anything. Kim tells Julian he deserves a relationship with someone who can be honest with him.  Kim tells Julian they need to break up for now. Kim tells Julian she has to look out for Oscar and give him what he needs. Julian tells Kim he isn’t going anywhere, she can tell him what she can when she can.  Julian wants to be there for Kim whatever she needs.

Oscar Tells Jocelyn He Needs Space

General Hospital’s Oscar goes to see Jocelyn (Eden McCoy); he wants to speak to her outside.  Jocelyn wants to know what is going on with Oscar. Jocelyn begs Oscar to trust her.  Oscar tells Jocelyn they need to break up. Jocelyn doesn’t understand why Oscar wants to break up with her.  Oscar tells Jocelyn that he needs space and leaves. Jocelyn is very upset and confused.

Valerie Passes Her Detectives Exam

General Hospital’s  Lulu (Emme Rylan) brings Chase’s (Josh Swickard) watch back to him. Valerie (Brytni Sarpy) shows up to see Jordan.  Valerie has passed her detective’s exam.  Valerie is Chase’s new partner. Jordan tells Valerie to use Dante’s Desk for now.

Valentin Tells Nina About Her Daughter

General Hospital’s  Nina (Michelle Stafford) doesn’t know what else there is to say.  Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) wants to talk to her about her biological child. Valentin tells Nina her child is alive and he can prove it. Valentin tells Nina that he double-crossed Madeline (Donna Mills) to get information. Valentin tells Nina her child was a girl. Valentin tells Nina Curtis (Donnell Turner) found her daughter.

Valentin tells Nina they tracked her daughter down.  Curtis says her name is Sasha Gilmore (Sophie Mattsson) and she’s strong-willed just like her mother. Valentin tells Nina they ran two sets of tests.  Valentin tells Nina her daughter likes horses too. Valentin wants to know what Nina wants to do.  Nina tells Valentin she needs to think about this.  Valentin suggests waiting on the other test.

Laura Puts Lucy In Her Place

General Hospital’s Laura (Genie Frances) shows up at Kevin’s (Jon Lindstrom) and kisses Ryan (Jon Lindstrom). Laura is home for good; no one else knows this. Laura finds Ryan’s cord he bought to kill people with, he explains it away. Lucy (Lynn Herring) shows up with soup for “Kevin” and leaves. Laura wants a moment alone with Lucy.

Laura tells Lucy that she respects her past with Kevin but Lucy needs to know where the boundaries are. Laura tells Lucy to look up Scotty (Kin Shriner) next time.  Lucy leaves after Laura’s comment.  Laura tells Ryan she wants to strangle Lucy.  Ryan tells her Lucy has been asserting herself. Laura tries to come on to Ryan, and he stops her, Laura demands to know what is going on.
