General Hospital Recap Tuesday, February 20: Franco Remembers Torturing Little Andrew

The General Hospital recap for Tuesday, February 20 reveal Port Charles waits for the election results while Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Drew Cain (Billy Miller) discuss Jim Harvey (Gregg Evigan) and his role in the Mayoral race.

Curtis Agrees To Investigate Jim Harvey

Curtis agrees to investigate Harvey for Drew, and in the alley outside of Charlie’s, Curtis warns Harvey to watch his step.

Michael  Does Not Want Monica To Encourage Nelle

General Hospital Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) is surprised to see that Monica Quartermaine has invited Nelle Benson (Chole Lanier) over to watch the election results, and makes it clear to his aunt they are not a couple and she should not encourage Nelle. Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa Locicero) states Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is getting what she deserves by helping to free Julian Jerome (William DeVry) from prison without regard to their son Leo. Oscar Nero (Garren Stitt) and his mom Kim Nero (Tamara Braun) are shocked to find this out.

Julian Attacks Ned

General Hospital Julian Jerome, enraged by the attack ad, rushes over to the mansion and attacks Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth); challenging him to a fight. Michael warns Julian he will call the police and Kim convince Julian to back down. General Hospital sources state Julian is crestfallen believing he has cost his ex-wife Alexis Davis the election and he and Kim leave for Charlie’s pub to finish watching the election results.

Franco Remembers Torturing Little Andrew

Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) keeps his appointment with Dr. Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom), where he has a memory of locking little Andy in a trunk while they were playing hide and seek as children. Horrified and tearful, Franco refuses to tell Kevin and immediately leaves to meet Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) at Charlie’s where he encounters Drew and nearly passes out remembering the flashback when Drew, who notices he is shaky and asks him what is wrong.

Ned Quartermaine New Major

The results are in; Ned Quartermaine is now Mayor-elect of Port Charles. With his wife Olivia by his side, Ned gives his acceptance speech; promising to be an asset to the people of Port Charles, and states that he will support measure A regarding the redevelopment of Charles Street.

Jim Harvey Taunts Franco

General Hospital Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) and Alexis commiserate over the loss and the desire for a drink, knowing they shouldn’t. Finn Offers to take Alexis home and Elizabeth worries about Franco and suggests they go home, while Harvey gleefully tells him that he will be sticking around Port Charles for a while.
