General Hospital RECAP Thursday, June 14: Bensch Catches Griffin And Kiki, Liz Has A Secret

“General Hospital” (GH) recap for Thursday, June 14, 2018, Sam (Kelly Monaco) has found an invoice for Valentin’s (James Patrick Stuart) charter service, the perfect way to get Peter (Wes Ramsey) out of town.

Peter Is Still In Port Charles

Sam points out the date on the invoice was the date Peter escaped. Valentin arrives home to Sam and Curtis, they have questions about Peter. Valentin admits to holding something back from Sam and Curtis.

Valentin tells Sam and Curtis that Peter stole his phone and called his pilot but never showed up. Valentin tells Sam and Curtis to contact the charter pilot, they will provide it. Curtis and Sam figure out that Peter is still in Port Charles.

Valentin Gets A 30 Day Reprieve

General Hospital’s Valentin refuses to give Nina (Michelle Stafford) a divorce, he’s going to fight for her. Nina tells Valentin he is a piece of work. Nina is tired of fighting and Valentin threatens to fight the divorce. Nina tells Valentin he lied to her and betrayed her trust, that is cruel.

Nina tells Valentin she fell in love with him because he trusted her. Valentin didn’t want Nina to see the worst thing he has ever done. Valentin wants Nina to give him 30 days to prove himself to her.

Valentin writes out a contract on a napkin to get Nina to agree to the 30-day time frame. Valentin leaves, Nina texts Curtis who wants to leave, Sam refuses. Charlotte texts Nina and wants to know when she is coming home.

Alexis Blames Her Mother For Men Issues

General Hospital’s Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) shows Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) her mother’s watch. Alexis tells Kevin that when she went to see Valentin he was listening to a record of her mother, he even gave her a picture.

Alexis tells Kevin she has nothing of her mother’s, the watch made her feel uneasy. Alexis has very few memories of her mother but she has shaped her life in ways she could not imagine. Alexis says her mother chose to stay with her father when she had other options.

Alexis says she is doing what her mother did and looks for bad men and cannot stay away from them. Alexis says she should have been focusing on her mother and not her father. Kevin tells Alexis she needs to find out why she’s attracted to these men, not find the opposite.

Alexis wants to know how they fix this, Kevin tells her she needs closure. Kevin wants Alexis to bring an old lover to a session with her, they decide on Julian (William DeVry). Alexis goes home and throws her watch in a box for charity. Alexis is listening to her mother’s album and wearing her watch.

Sarah Call Liz

General Hospital’s Liz (Rebecca Herbst) is on the phone about the wedding, she doesn’t look happy with Franco (Roger Howarth). Sarah (Sarah Laine) can’t come to the wedding, Franco wants to know why Liz didn’t tell her about the wedding.

Franco wants to know what’s going on with Liz. Liz tells Franco her family was never close and asks him to let it go. Liz explains to Franco that she picked her own family, her friends, her life is not a fairy tale. Liz thanks Franco for the effort with her family and heads to the ER. Franco calls Sarah back and wants to talk to her parents.

Bensch Confronts Kiki

General Hospital’s Bensch (James DePaiva) tells Kiki (Hayley Erin) he’s available if she needs someone to talk to. Kiki tries to walk away, Bensch says they need to talk. Bensch tells Kiki she needs to clear this up, he didn’t do any of this.

Kiki tells Bensch she is exploring her legal options, that should be more of a concern. Bensch tells Kiki her case will not make it to court. Bensch says he got the wrong message from Kiki. Bensch tells Kiki to file her ridiculous suite, none of the male doctors will feel comfortable with her.

Kiki asks what Bensch is saying, he tells her she is killing her career before it even starts. Griffin (Matt Cohen) overhears and slams Bensch into a locker telling him that is enough. Griffin read the article and wants to know if it’s about Bensch. Griffin tells Bensch that Kiki has options unlike him.

Jason Has The Ferncliff Job

General Hospital’s Jason (Steve Burton) tells the head nurse he needs more hours than GH can give him. Jason assures the nurse he will be fine working with the patients there, a mess is a mess and he’s there to clean it up. The nurse takes Jason on a tour of Ferncliff.

Carly (Laura Wright) hears Jason’s voice in the hallway. Jason asks how long they expect Carly to be there, the nurse says until they deem her sane, however long that is. Carly sees Jason, Rupert sees Carly looking out and wants to give her more meds.

Jason is told if a situation arises to let the professionals handle it. Jason is to start work later today if his references check out. Jason is to start in the public areas before the patient rooms.

Kevin Vows To Help Carly

General Hospital’s Rupert is still in Carly’s cells watching her. Carly can’t set up from the drugs, Rupert puts her feet on the bed and say see you around Caroline, she mumbles it’s Carly.

Later Rupert meets Jason and clearly has a problem with him. Kevin later arrives to see Carly, she says you’re here I knew you would come. Kevin questions how many medications they have Carly on, he is there to help her all he can.

Kiki and Griffin Give Bensch Ammunition

General Hospital’s Griffin and Kiki talk about Bensch. Griffin tells Kiki he knew something was going on especially after the nurse’s ball. Griffin wishes Kiki had come to him for help, after what happened she couldn’t.

Kiki wants to keep her distance from Griffin because of Ava. Kiki tells Griffin she has her friends. Griffin wants to talk to Monica, Kiki tells him she tried that already. Bensch snaps a picture of Kiki and Griffin hugging.
