General Hospital RECAP Thursday, August 16: Margaux Tries To Force Trouble Between Sonny And Julian

General Hospital (GH) recap for Thursday, August 16, 2018 reveals, Jason (Steve Burton) joins Sonny (Maurice Benard). Jason just blocked another construction bid. Sonny tells Jason about Al.

Sonny And Jason Discuss Joe Scully

Sonny talks about the job for Scully. Sonny says Al told him to accept the job and do it. Jason asks what would have happened if he hadn’t. Sonny has no idea. Sonny took the job like he was told. Sonny never had a problem eliminating a legitimate threat. Sonny never thought an order from Joe Scully would come back and get him. Jason says they need to make sure the body never resurfaces. Jason needs to go meet with Sam (Kelly Monaco).

Sam And Jason Know Margaux’s Vendetta Is Personal

General Hospital’s Jordan (Vinessa Antoine) and Curtis (Donnell Turner) are waiting on Sam. Jordan and Curtis talk about the wedding. Curtis says they need to discuss Chaundra. Stella (Vernee Watson) joins Curtis and Jordan. Stella wonders if Curtis doesn’t want Stella at the wedding.

Jordan and Stella clash as usual. Jason and Sam meet at Charlie’s. Sam brings Jason a permission slip to sign for Danny (T.K.Weaver). Danny wants to bring a pig home as a pet. Jason tells Sam it’s coming to her place. Curtis wants to make things right between Stella and Jordan. Jason and Sam think Margaux’s (Elizabeth Hendrickson) hate for Sonny is personal. Sam and Jason agree this means trouble for him too.

Kristina Tells Michael He Didn’t Kill The Baby

General Hospital’s Stella shows up to talk to Michael (Chad Duell). Stella says Monica (Leslie Charleston) sent her. Stella tells Michael about groups for parents who lost infants. Stella says Michael doesn’t look like Sonny but acts like him. Michael says he can handle this. Stella gives Michael some brochures. Stella tells Michael to call if he needs her. Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth) shows up to see Michael.

Michael blames himself for getting the baby killed. Kristina wants Michael to listen to her. Kristina tells Michael the baby didn’t die because of the accident. Kristina tells Michael he cannot blame himself. Kristina tells Michael no matter how the wreck happened, it still didn’t kill the baby. Michael thought his son was going to be the one good thing out of this.

Michael tells Kristina about Nelle (Chloe Lanier) giving him the baby. Michael says his brain didn’t commute the baby being gone. Michael tells Kristina what he expected to happen. Michael says the first time he met his child he was already dead. Kristina and Michael hug.

Terry And Liz Discuss The Kids

General Hospital’s Terry (Cassandra James) is working at the hospital. Liz (Rebecca Herbst) tells Terry about Cameron (William Lipton). Liz and Terry discuss how bad Liz was as a teen. Liz has given Jake (Hudson West) and Aiden all her attention. Liz asks Terry about work. Kim (Tamara Braun) needs to go over blood work with Terry.

Carly And Sonny Reassure Jocelyn

General Hospital’s Carly (Laura Wright) asks Jocelyn (Eden McCoy) about the shoplifting. Jocelyn admits to stealing. Carly tells her she didn’t want the clothes. Jocelyn says it was fun getting away with it. Carly says she understands what was driving Jocelyn. Jocelyn blames not believing Carly for stealing. Carly tells Jocelyn that Nelle played her. Nelle’s issues about between her and Frank.

Carly tells Jocelyn that Nelle is a master manipulator. Jocelyn questions why Carly doesn’t hate her. Carly loves Jocelyn because of who she is. Jocelyn talks about feeling lost. Carly tells Jocelyn there was emptiness afterward. Jocelyn says she questions why she just did that. Jocelyn believes it was to gain control. Jocelyn hasn’t done it since Carly got back. Carly is going with Jocelyn and they are taking the clothes back. Jocelyn has to pay Carly back for the clothes. Jocelyn tells Sonny about the clothes.

Sonny should have been there for her more. Sonny tells Jocelyn about people coming after her because of him. Sonny tells Jocelyn to come to him next time. Jocelyn asks if she should become a nun. Sonny says it’s not a bad idea. Carly and Jocelyn disagree. Sonny thought Jocelyn was handling this better than he was. Sonny and Carly tell Jocelyn it could have been worse. Sonny and Carly are very proud of Jocelyn. Jocelyn says she takes after her mom.

Sam Tells Kristina She Can Breathe Again

General Hospital’s Sam and Kristina are talking. Sam wants juicy details from Kristina. Sam tells Kristina she woke up in the hospital. Sam says she knew Jason immediately. Sam says she loved Drew. Jason wanted to be around Jason. Sam couldn’t look Jason in the eye because he would know she lied to Drew (Billy Miller). Sam tells Kristina about the night of the earthquake.

Sam tells Kristina that Drew couldn’t take the truth and left her. Kristina says Sam seems free. Sam tells Kristina she can breathe again. Sam misses having a partner but is working on herself. Kristina asks if she needs to do that too. Sam isn’t sure, she wonder’s what’s going on. Kristina is just drifting.

Margaux Has An Agenda

General Hospital’s Margaux shows up at Charlie’s. Kim introduces Julian (William DeVry)and Margaux. Kim thinks Margaux looks familiar. Margaux says they haven’t met before. Margaux wants to know why Sonny wants Charlie’s. Kim explains that Sonny wants it for Mike (Max Gail). Kim doesn’t want Julian to let the D.A. push him into a fight with Sonny. Kim and Julian agree that he won’t.

Margaux asks if Sam is a friend. Julian tells her Sam is his daughter. Margaux calls him all 6 degrees Corinthos. Julian says not by choice. Margaux tries to push Julian into going after Sonny. Julian tells Margaux she wants to be the D.A. that takes Sonny down.
