General Hospital Recap 3/6: The Earthquake That Keeps Giving – Aftershock Traps Sam and Jason

The General Hospital recap for Tuesday, March 6, reveals Kim Nero (Tamara Braun) and Drew Cain (Billy Miller) have reached Joslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Oscar Nero (Garren Stitt) however, Oscar is in bad shape. Kim must apply CPR as Drew tends to Joss. Kim wants to wait on an ambulance when General Hospital Detective Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) offers to take Oscar to the hospital.

Help Arrives for Franco

Meanwhile, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Sam Cain (Kelly Monaco) figure out Mike Corbin (Max Gail) is seeking help for someone injured in the quake. Sam decides to take Mike to the evacuation center while Jason discovers General Hospital Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) trapped under some debris. Franco is shocked to see Jason.

Mike Confides in Elizabeth

Mike and Sam stop at the church to rest and find Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) still waiting for Franco. Mike remains with Elizabeth while Sam heads back to Jason at the construction site. Mike and Elizabeth share some tender moments as he tells her about his diagnosis of Alzheimer’s and the things he fears most.

Franco Is Rescued

Meanwhile, Franco begs for Jason’s help and points out that he is a man of honor. Jason reminds Franco of the terrible things he did to Sam and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) just as Sam walks in on them. She convinces Jason to do the right thing and together they lift the cabinet off Franco who thanks them and runs off to meet Elizabeth at church.

Nelel and Carly Saved

General hospital Nelle Benson (Chole Lanier) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) are trapped at the Gallery and continue to annoy each other until Nelle is frightened and suspects she is having contractions. Carly reluctantly helps her, saying she is most likely experiencing Braxton Hicks. General Hospital Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) recuses them after Joss, who has been brought to the hospital by detective Chase, tells Sonny and Michael that Nelle was last seen at the gallery.

Corinthos Family Reunites

The Corinthos family is reunited at General Hospital and Dr. Griffin Munro (Matt Cohen) decides to admit Michael for his concussion and Nelle just to make sure they are alright. After Joss begs General Hospital Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) to make sure Oscar is alright, he heads over to the Floating Rib to assist Drew and Kim.

An Aftershock Occurs

While Dante helps Kim and Drew get Oscar to GH, and Sam and Jason prepare to leave the construction site a severe aftershock occurs; trapping them.
