General Hospital Recap November 6: Lulu Encourages Chase To Pursue Willow – Anna’s Plan Is Underway

General Hospital (GH) recap for Tuesday, November 6, 2018, reveals Laura (Genie Frances) and Lulu (Emme Rylan) want to know what Spencer (Nicholas Bechtel) thinks about his impression of the wheels of justice at work.

Ned Wants Laura To Join His Team

Ned (Wally Kurth) invites Laura, Lulu, and Spencer to a victory party at the Metrocourt. Lulu tells Spencer to grab some water. Ned invites Laura to join his administration. Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry) tells Ned that none of the ballots count because they don’t know if any of the returns can be trusted. The IT team believes a virus hit the election system.

Curtis Alerts Jordan About A Problem

General Hospital’s Curtis (Donnell Turner) comes to vote and fills out his ballot. Ballots are coming back out of the machine with smiley faces on them. Once Laura and Ned arrive at the PCPD Jordan says the fact neither of them had election trouble narrows the window of when the virus hit. Lulu arrives at the PCPD and asks what is going on with the election.

Spencer goes over and harasses Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez). Spencer tells Charlotte that when Laura is mayor, she will make her and her father move out of his house. Spencer tells Charlotte that Laura will now have time to spread the word of her campaign thanks to him. Curtis hears Spencer tell Charlotte that Laura will be mayor because of him. Spencer gets nervous when both Laura and Ned vow to get whoever messed with the election.

Anna Thinks Jordan Needs A Profiler

General Hospital’s Anna (Finola Hughes) asks Jordan about the headline in the paper. Jordan wants to know what is up with Britt’s (Kelly Thiebaud) release. Jordan wants the first crack at Liesl (Kathleen Gati) when Anna gets her. Curtis arrives and tells Jordan about the issue with the voting machine. Jordan tells the election officials she will send her IT team over to look into things.

Jordan calls Ned and asks for both he and Laura to come to the station. Chase (Josh Swickard) shows up to check on the toxicology report on Mary Pat (Patricia Bethune). Britt and Brad (Parry Shen) catch up. Britt wants to see baby pictures etc. Chase tells Anna and Finn (Michael Easton) about the severed head and how accurate the beheading was. Finn tells Chase there is usually tearing and agrees this person has done this before. Anna says that Jordan will need a profiler and she has someone in mind.

Anna Enlist Brad’s Help

General Hospital’s Britt and Finn arrive at the hospital. Britt goes on about the hospital and the nurses there. Finn tells Britt she’s going to have to give the performance of her life if she wants to stay out of prison. Anna plans on using Britt as bait in the hospital for Liesl. Finn has given Britt a masking agent to make Britt seem sick. Anna has Brad working with her on the plan. Britt is thrilled to see Brad. Britt and Brad catch up. Brad asks what is wrong with Britt, Finn tells him that’s where he comes in. Britt tells Brad he used to be a much better liar. Britt demands to know what is going on with him. Brad tells Britt that Wiley isn’t his son.

Lucas Gives Julian Another Chance

General Hospital’s Michael (Chad Duell) is holding Wiley at Charlies’s and talks about how big he is getting. Brad leaves and goes to work. Lucas (Ryan Carnes) tells Michael that Brad seems to be terrified of losing Wiley. Brad wants to go to a wellness center. Julian (William DeVry) tries to calm Brad down. Julian goes to Lucas’ table and speaks to the baby.

Lucas’ says he made a promise to keep Julian away from the baby and cannot dishonor his agreement with the birth mother. Michael tells Lucas that he could not imagine cutting his father out of his baby’s life. Lucas goes over and talks to Julian. Julian offers to help with money for the naming ceremony. Julian tells Wiley he loves him. Julian wants to talk to Lucas about Brad.

Julian advises Lucas to set aside a few minutes a day for Brad. Lucas tells Julian he’s proud of him for making all the changes in his life. Lucas tells Julian that maybe there is a way he can be a part of his life. Julian tells Lucas that means more than he can say. Lucas and Julian agree to see what the future brings. Julian tells Lucas to let him know if he needs anything.

Michael And Willow Officially Meet

General Hospital’s Willow (Katelynn MacMullen) is taking a break; Chase approaches her. Willow jokes with Chase about jaywalking. Chase assures Willow he is working on lightening up. Chase asks her about performing. Chase tells Willow he respects teachers. Chase gives Willow a new number for his task force. Charlotte goes and speaks to Willow who excuses herself to go inside. Lulu talks to Chase outside. Chase tells Lulu he will let her know if he asks Willow out.

Michael arrives at Kelly’s for coffee and smiles at Willow. Lulu introduces Willow and Michael. Lulu gets called to the PCPD for a story. Michael asks Willow if that was as hard for her as it was for him. He and Willow talk about the meeting at the hospital.

Michael tells Willow he can’t keep his private life private. Michael has a very caring family; Willow tells him he’s lucky. Michael and Willow talk about how hard it is to open up to a bunch of strangers about something personal. Willow and Michael agree they aren’t strangers anymore.
