General Hospital RECAP Monday, October 15: Nelle Pleads No Contest, Gets Maximum Sentence

General Hospital (GH) recap for Monday, October 15, 2018 reveals, Laura (Genie Frances) is sitting up a surprise for “Kevin,” (Jon Lindstrom) she wants to start their second honeymoon.

Laura Wants A Second Honeymoon

Laura asks if it’s too late now. Laura says he is not the man she married. Laura says something is wrong. Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) says he can’t stay; he has a patient in a dire state. Laura seems relieved. Ryan says he doesn’t deserve Laura. Ryan promises to make it up to Laura. Ryan heads out the door, Lulu (Emme Rylan) and Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez) arrive.

Laura tells Charlotte how much taller and beautiful she is. Laura brought Charlotte a doll; she’s not impressed by it. Charlotte loves the book Laura brought her though. Lulu says Charlotte is growing up so fast. Lulu complains about the undercover assignment and fights over it. Lulu talks about the grief over Nathan. Charlotte can’t want to show her Papa her new book. Spencer (Nicolas Bechtel) appears with flowers.

Liz Wants To Work With Sam To Help Drew

General Hospital’s Liz (Rebecca Herbst) shows up to see Sam (Kelly Monaco). Liz wants to discuss something with Sam in person to avoid misunderstandings. Sam knows she will hate this and wants to get it over with quickly. Liz tells Sam what is going on with Oscar (Garren Stitt). Sam mentions that Drew (Billy Miller) came over while Jason (Steve Burton) was there. Liz says when Sam and Jason are together other seem to get run over. Sam doesn’t know why she is surprised that Liz is warning her away from Jason. Sam tells Liz that Drew made it plain that he doesn’t want her help. Sam tells Liz her life is none of her business. Liz wants to work with Sam to make things easier for Drew. Sam would be there for Drew, but he made it plain he doesn’t want that. Drew shows up at Sam’s door to talk.

Drew Ask Franco For Advice

General Hospital’s Drew is on the pier; Franco (Roger Howarth) joins him, he thinks he needs a friend. Franco talks about resurfacing on that pier. Drew talks about when he first met Oscar. Franco points out that Oscar now calls him dad. Franco tells Drew that Oscar knows he would trade places with him in a heartbeat. Drew talks about wanting to regain his memory and what advice he wants to give Oscar.

Drew mentions that he might have the opportunity to get his memories back. Drew tells Franco what he would have to do to get that information. Franco says he and Jason are good now. Franco tells Drew he helped Jason break Carly out of Ferncliff. Franco can’t tell Drew what to do. Franco mentions Sam. Franco tells Drew to add Oscar to the list of people who would be upset if he betrayed Sonny. Liz stops by to speak to Franco.

Jason And Sonny Try To Figure Out Scully’s Motive

General Hospital’s Jason gives Sonny (Maurice Benard) the preliminary report on Margaux’s (Elizabeth Hendrickson) dad. Jason says Margaux was wrong that Marino was trying to get out. Jason says Marino wanted more; he was getting in deep. Jason wants to know what Scully’s (Robert Miano) excuse was for having Marino killed.

Sonny says Scully wanted Marino as leverage over him. Sonny says they have to go back to Margaux’s theory. Carly and Michael come home and tell them Nelle pled no contest. Sonny asks if Michael is alright. Michael tries to figure out what Nelle meant by her last comment. Carly says she would never tell Nelle, but she almost broke her. Sonny tells Michael he needs to forget about Nelle. Michael says Jonah will always connect him to Nelle.

Nelle’s Trial Begins

General Hospital’s Chase (Josh Swickard) wants to get on with the trial. Nelle (Chloe Lanier) spots Brad (Parry Shen) and calls him over. Carly looks curiously at the glances between Nelle and Brad. Brad tells Nelle the baby’s name is Wiley. Nelle says she can hardly recognize him he has grown so much. Carly questions how Nelle would recognize him since she’s never seen him. Nelle lies and says she saw the baby’s picture online. Brad leaves with the baby. Carly tells Nelle she better tells Michael (Chad Duell) her big announcement before they go into the courtroom. Nelle has changed her plea to no contest. Nelle thinks Michael show be grateful for that.

Chase points out that Nelle’s confession is on tape through the PCPD, so they still have that evidence against her. Nelle tells Michael they will always be connected more than he knows. Nelle got the maximum sentence and Chase is happy about it. Nelle says Chase still cares or he would have moved on from her. Brad stops by and speaks to Nelle who asks for a moment alone with him and the baby. Nelle asked if Brad got the passport for the baby and ask about travel plans. Brad tells Nelle he will miss her. Nelle says she might get an early release for good behavior.

Ryan Tells Kevin There Is Only Room For One Of Them

General Hospital’s Ryan goes to visit Kevin at Ferncliff. Ryan tries to say Kevin has a problem. Kevin screams at Ryan for taking over his life. Ryan tells Kevin that Laura is home and his wife in every way. Ryan tells Kevin he is changing his medication. Ryan promises to take care of Laura, Kevin screams as he leaves.
