General Hospital RECAP Monday, May 7: Nelle Blackmail’s Ava

“General Hospital” (GH) recap for Friday May 4, 2018, reveals, Carly (Laura Wright) shows up at Monica’s (Patricia McCormack) to discuss Nelle’s (Chloe Lanier)baby shower.

Carly Offers Her Help

Carly is trying to be civil but Nelle brings up Ava (Maura West) and Avery just to upset her. Carly lets Nelle know that Michael (Chad Duell) tore up the guardianship papers but that she and Sonny (Maurice Benard) have decided to be the guardians if she wants to send another set of papers. Nelle leaves and Monica, after seeing Carly’s anxiety medication, argues with Carly over AJ and Nelle.

All Out Of Miracles

Ava and Griffin (Matt Cohen) talking about taking Avery to preschool. Griffin is happy she has shared custody, and informs her he’s moving out. Griffin tells Ava he can get a room at the Metro Court. Griffin can’t change what Ava did but he doesn’t have to like it. Ava wants Griffin to stay and accuses him of running, she further pushes asking if he is all out of miracles. Ava wants to have it out with Griffin, Lucy (Lynn Herring) interrupts and shows Ava the blank check which she quickly replaces. Ava realizes something isn’t right and discovers the disappearing ink pen.

We Are All Victims

Franco (Roger Howarth) meets Steven Blake (Pressly Coker) and he assumes he was the last victim. Steven tells Franco that he worked for Jim Harvey (Greg Evigan). Franco tells Steven that he could have saved all of Harvey’s victims, if he has spoken up. Steven tells Franco he is full of crap. Steve tells Franco that none of this is his fault. Jim Harvey is dead and Franco needs to let it go. Steven may be able to help with rebuilding Port Charles.

Julian Apologizes To Kim

Kim (Tamara Braun) comes to see Julian (William DeVry) and wants to talk about him bringing up Sam to Drew (Billy Miller). Julian apologizes and tells her he was upset, before he can elaborate, they are interrupted.

The Displaced Residents Want To Sue

Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) walks into Charlie’s wanting to know why she was summoned there, Stella (Vernee Watson), Molly (Hayley Pullos), Jordan (Vinessa Antoine), and Curtis (Donnell Turner) arrive. Lucy comes in as Molly is suggesting a protest and disagrees. Alexis isn’t sure they should sue, money cannot be collected from Niagra because they are bankrupt. Julian wants to know if there is anything Alexis can do.

Jason Brings Jake A Gift

Jason (Steve Burton) shows up with a gift for Jake (Hudson West). Liz (Rebecca Herbst) calls Jake downstairs and he greets Jason. Jason asks how Jake is feeling and about his party. Jason gives Jake his gift but wants to wait to open it later when Drew is there. Liz invites Jason to stay for a bit. Jason wants to know about school, Liz tells him Jakes favorite subjects. Jake receives a phone call and goes upstairs. Jason looks at one of Jake’s pictures and Liz brings up Franco, he plainly doesn’t want to hear it. Jake comes back down and apologizes for taking off. Jake changes his mind and wants to open his present. Jake’s present is tickets to a minor legal game, he offers Jason a ticket and asks him to go. Jason says he wouldn’t miss it and invites Jake to spend the night with Danny (T.K. Weaver) next time.

Olivia’s Plan To Help

Ned (Wally Kurth) and Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) are at the Metro Court discussing the Charles Street issues. Olivia shows Ned a video that she has put together about Port Charles. Alexis shows up at the Metro Court and Ned wants to talk about Olivia’s video.

Ava’s Boy Toy

Griffin checks into the Metro Court, Carly wants to know if he finally wised up. Griffin tells Carly he is still with Ava and says she should throw him out. Carly calls Griffin Ava’s boy toy to replace her son. Carly also brings up how Ava messed with Morgan’s (Bryan Craig) meds.

Nelle Blackmail’s Ava

Nelle informs Ava that she needs her to take a more active role after being confronted with the pen. Nelle threatens to show Griffin the picture of the test results and demands that Ava shows up at her shower and bring Avery.
