General Hospital RECAP Monday, July 2: Nelle Visits Carly At Ferncliff

“General Hospital” (GH) recap for Monday, July 2, 2018, kicks off with Maxie (Kirsten Storms) thanking everyone for their onesies and for being at the shower.

Maxie’s Baby Shower Wraps Up

Liesl (Kathleen Gati) and Nina (Michelle Stafford) discuss someone finding Peter. Maxie corners Sam (Kelly Monaco) and wants to know what the plan is on finding Peter. Sam questions if Maxie really wants him found. Maxie tells Sam about reading Peter’s book.

Bobbie and Lulu have to leave to go to the Quartermaine mansion. Sam offers Maxie a ride home, she refuses and wants to know that plan. Sam tells Maxie that Peter didn’t have help from a friend. Maxie asks Sam if she believes an enemy has Peter. Liesl tells Nina that she has left no trail to find.

Curtis Has Footage Of The Laundry Cart

General Hospital’s Curtis (Donnell Turner) shows up and hugs Nina, she’s not returning his calls. Liesl excuses herself to let Nina and Curtis talk. Curtis tells Nina that Valentin is in the clear. Curtis has a question, he doesn’t understand why Nina didn’t ask who has him then.

Sam thinks Peter might have said something to Maxie. Maxie questions if Sam and Curtis think Peter might be dead. Maxie doesn’t want Peter (Wes Ramsey) to die, she goes home to focus on James. Curtis shows Liesl the laundry cart and assumes Peter is in it. Sam wants to focus on who is pushing the cart, she and Curtis decide to look into it further.

Peter Begs A Boy Scout And Nina For Help

A boy scout opens the cabin door and sees Peter. The kid tells Peter he is working on a badge but has to leave. Peter asks him about another badge, the kid returns. Peter asks the boy if he likes earning badges. Peter tells the kid if he gets him out of here, he can earn three badges.

The boy goes to leave, Peter tells him to go tell his leader to come to help him. The boy tells Peter the BBQ is about to start but he might come back later with S’mores. Nina and Liesl get back to Peter with a shot of antibiotics.

Peter asks about Maxie and the baby, Nina tells him to never mind. Liesl wants to know what they have missed while they were gone. Peter tells Nina and Liesl about crazy dreams. Nina demands Peter shut up. Nina tries to explain to Liesl that she cannot keep doing this. Liesl leaves to get more supplies. Peter begins working on Nina again.

Peter tries to convince Nina to help him before the police get involved. Nina tells Peter that Liesl has never paid for anything she’s done. Peter wants to know what Nina is going to do to keep herself out of trouble. Nina leaves to go to work. Liesl offers Peter cake after they write on the book some more.

Michael And Nelle Tell The Family Their News

Michael (Chad Duell) and Nelle (Chloe Lanier) have the marriage license and he pulls out an engagement ring. Michael is confused and wonders if Nelle has changed her mind. Nelle makes up an excuse about Zack, she’s afraid something will happen to Michael.

Michael wants Nelle to wear the ring, he doesn’t want her to worry about anything. The ring is too big, Michael says they can fix it. Nelle tells Michael that Carly is going to be dead set against the marriage, they decide to tell the rest of the family.

Michael calls everyone to the mansion and tells everyone that he and Nelle are getting married. Michael tells everyone that he and Nelle want the baby to be brought into a loving family. Michael hopes everyone is happy for them, no one responds. Michael pushes for congratulations, Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) starts to speak, Ned (Wally Kurth) interrupts.

Bobbie (Jackie Zeman) says this will happen over her dead body. Nelle and Bobbie go at it. Bobbie demands Sonny (Maurice Benard) do something. Sonny hugs Michael. Sonny hopes to hell Michael knows what he’s doing. Sonny isn’t going to pretend to be happy.

Jason (Steve Burton) tells Bobbie that Michael is too much like Carly (Laura Wright), protesting will make him more determined. Jason wishes them well. Lulu (Emme Rylan) wants to know how long the engagement will be.

Olivia offers a September wedding at the mansion. Nelle and Michael want to get married as soon as possible. Nelle approaches Jos about the wedding. Nelle asks Jos (Eden McCoy) to be her maid of honor. Bobbie tells Jos they are leaving and practically drags her out. Nelle goes to the jeweler to get the ring sized. Michael tells Sonny and Jason he thought that went great and asks their thoughts.

Sonny Is Happy With Spinelli’s Discovery

Sonny joins Jason at the restaurant after Spinelli’s (Bradford Anderson) text. Jason shows Sonny the flyer and its message. Jason has arranged for the flyer to get back into evidence and for Diane (Carolyn Hennesy) to subpoena it. Sonny and Jason know if Nelle messed up here, she left something else to find.

Carly And Kevin Have A Talk

Carly’s neighbor is sending her a different message. The message is that the patient is being held against their will. Carly looks up Morse code for stop, I can’t help you. Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) stops by to check on Carly, she lies about the contact.

Kevin wants to know if the patient does anything to upset Carly. Kevin tells Carly that this can be a little tricky. Carly’s neighbor is dangerous and delusional. Kevin wants Carly to use this time to work on herself and to stay safe. Carly doesn’t want to revisit the pain of losing Morgan (Bryan Craig), Kevin tells her they have to have something to talk about.

Chase Shares His Plan With Jordan

Chase (Josh Swickard) tells Jordan (Vinessa Antoine) about his connection to Nelle. Chase offers to turn in his badge and gun. Jordan wants to know what Chase needs. Chase tells Jordan that they had to wait for Nelle to commit another crime and she most likely has. Chase and Jordan talk about Nelle’s feeling toward him. Jordan agrees to Chase’s plan so long as nothing goes wrong.

Nelle Goes To See Carly

Nelle gets in to see Carly at Ferncliff to tell her about the wedding. Rupert asks if Carly wants her escorted out. Carly tells him no but she won’t be there long.
