General Hospital RECAP Friday, July 6: Peter Gets Help, Colonel Sanders Stops By

“General Hospital” (GH) recap for Friday, July 6, 2018,  Sonny (Maurice Benard) tells Jason (Steve Burton) about Nelle (Chloe Lanier) going to see Carly (Laura Wright) and tell her about the engagement.

The Foundation Is Good, But Not for Long

Sonny tells Jason how well Carly handled Nelle. Jason tells Sonny that Rupert on the payroll is good but he doesn’t trust anyone there.   Sonny tells Jason he has to handle the fire that was supposed to be buried in the field.

Sonny tells Jason that Mike followed in to Croton and saw him bury the guy. Sonny tells him Mike dug up the grave and moved the body. Sonny tells Jason that Mike doesn’t always know what he’s talking about but it all fits.

Sonny tells Jason the body is under Julian’s (William DeVry) bar. Sonny tells Jason about Charlie Delani agreeing to put the body in the foundation of his club, they want to check for earthquake damage. Jason tries to get into the basement to check the foundation.

Sonny goes to talk to Julian. Jason tells Sonny he’s safe for now. Jason says the risk will always be there unless they eliminate the problem. Julian tells Sonny he is thinking of expanding. Jason and Sonny are visibly worried.

Michael Wants To Get Married Today

General Hospital’s Nelle wants to invite Kim (Tamara Braun) to the wedding. Michael (Chad Duell) tells Nelle to stop reaching out to Carly, she’s not ready yet.

Michael gets a text to meet Chase (Josh Swickard). Michael gives Nelle money for food and says he will be back. Michael shows back up at the hospital and tells Nelle he wants to get married today.

Ava Warns Nelle Her Marriage Won’t Last

General Hospital’s Ava (Maura West) tells Julian about the picture of Griffin (Matt Cohen) and Kiki (Hayley Erin). Julian wants to now what kind of picture the lawyer has. Julian tells Ava that Bensch (James DePaiva) has probably already hired some sleezy attorney.

Scott (Kin Shriner) wants to talk to Ava. Nelle shows up and invites Ava to brunch. Julian wants new artwork and tells Ava he’s planning an expansion. Nelle show Ava her ring. Ava congratulates Nelle, and asks now what happens, does she marry Michael and take him kayaking.

Ava tells Nelle she still has the blanket and to not get another strike. Ava tells Nelle that Michael is infatuated with her now but that may change later. Ava says she will keep the blanket. Julian threatens Scott who tells him Ava doesn’t have Paul to sleep with this time.

Ava would not believe that Nelle deleted the photo either. Nelle leaves Ava to pay for her own meal. Scott joins Ava and needs to talk to her, not totally about the trial.

Griffin Wants To Come Clean

General Hospital’s Griffin stops Kiki at the hospital, she refuses to let Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) know they slept together. Griffin tells Kiki they will be committing perjury if they lie on the stand and neither of them are going to jail for that.

Alexis overhears Kiki and Griffin and wants to know what she should be told. Kiki lies about the conversation. Alexis wants to know the circumstances leading up to the hug. Griffin tells Alexis how Kiki was being treated at the time of the hug.

Alexis still thinks they are keeping something from them. Kiki is worried about how this will affect Ava, Alexis assures her it will get ugly. Alexis offers to talk to Ava, Kiki tells her she and Griffin will. Kiki thanks Griffin for keeping their secret, it was a one night mistake.

Maxie Hides The KFC Secret Recipe

General Hospital’s Maxie (Kirsten Storms) calls Lulu (Emme Rylan) over so they can help each other out. Maxie and Lulu didn’t know how much they needed this. Maxie and Lulu meet Colonel Sanders (George Hamilton). Lulu wants to know how he and Maxie know each other.

The Colonel says it started when someone tried to hack into his system to get his secret recipe. The Colonel talks about Spinelli with Lulu and Maxie. The Colonel wants to hide his secret recipe at Maxie’s apartment. Maxie puts it away and promises not to touch it.

The Colonel leaves after asking for pictures of Georgie and James. Maxie wanted Lulu to meet the Colonel because she knew it would be fun for her. Maxie gets a call to come and pick up James, she will be there in an hour. Maxie and Lulu hug. Maxie asks Lulu to call Nina (Michelle Stafford) and Liesl (Kathleen Gati) so they can help bring the baby home.

The Boy Scout Helps Peter

The boy scout shows up and the cabin demanding his bugle. Peter ( Wes Ramsey) tells the boy where the bugle is and asks if he got him help. The boy tells Peter that no one will believe him because he tells tall tales. Peter tells the boy to go bring someone to help him. The boy has brought s’mores for Peter. Peter tries to get the boy to untie him. The boy begins to untie one arm.

Michael Agrees To Chase’s Plan

Chase tells Jordan they are ready for the next step. Jordan (Vinessa Antoine) tells Chase if they have the cooperation they need.  Chase and Jordan tell Michael that they have a plan. Chase tries to convince Michael how ruthless Nelle is.

Chase tells Michael that Nelle will kill him somehow. Chase tells Michael Nelle is one step ahead and will stay that way. Michael wants Chase and Jordan to tell him their plan. Chase tells Michael that he needs to die.

Michael tells Chase and Jordan this is incredibly cruel to his family but he agrees to go along with them. Michael appreciates the PCPD helping him and Chase swears this time Nelle will not get away.

Jordan tells Chase that Michael is not to come out of this with even a sprained ankle. Chase promises that Michael will not be hurt and Nelle will not get away this time.
