General Hospital RECAP Friday, February 16: Faison’s Shocking Last Will Stipulation

The General Hospital recap for Friday, February 16 reveals, after recent events, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) has convinced his dad Mike Corbin (Max Gail) to have a check-up at GH. Mike is against it but agrees when Sonny tells him it will be over soon. Dr. David Bensch (James DePaiva) asks Dr. Griffin Munro (Matt Cohen) to examine Mike and to confer on a diagnosis.

Nelle Manipulates Monica

Across town at the art gallery, General Hospital Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) startles Nelle Benson (Chole Lanier) as she continues to work on her plans against Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright). Nelle quickly recovers by telling Monica she was pricing items for the baby. Nelle brings on the waterworks and accuses Carly of being against her. Monica believes Nelle and goes to the Corinthos home to tell Carly to back off Nelle. Her visit is not well received as Carly warns Monica about Nelle then throws her out.

Ava Pushes Griffin Away

Ava Jerome (Maura West) helps her daughter Kiki Jerome (Hayley Erin) nurse a hangover, lectures her about drinking and Kiki promises she is done with Dillon Quartermaine (Robert Palmer Watkins) and drinking. At GH Ava tries to avoid Griffin, who wants to discuss the events of the prior evening. He accuses Ava of pushing him away ever since her surgery. She assures him everything is all right, however back at the gallery she and Nelle talk, and Ava admits to Nelle she has never loved anyone like this before.

Jason Is Being Stubborn

Over at Casa Corinthos, Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennessy) tries to convince Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) to attend the reading of General Hospital Cesar Faison’s (Anders Hove) will. Jason finally agrees and is surprised to find Drew Cain (Billy Miller) and his wife Sam Cain (Kelly Monaco) present as well as Anna Devane (Finola Hughes).

Faison’s Will Is Read

Diane reads the will and General Hospital sources say she is horrified at what she reads in it. Faison has left sandbags to his daughter Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud). Drew and Jason are pitted against each other as Faison’s will reads he has left the flash drive that contains Drews memories as well as instructions on how to restore them. He tells Jason, he knows the where General Hospital Henrik Faison is and will give that information him. The only stipulation is that one of the two brothers must die before this information is released. Neither man is pleased.
