General Hospital RECAP Friday, August 3: Josslyn Battles Nelle, Stops Her From Escaping

General Hospital (GH) recap for Friday, August 3, 2018 reveals,  Jordan (Vinessa Antoine)calls Robert (Tristan Rogers) and tells him Peter (Wes Ramsey) can be released. Jordan has had Michael (Chad Duell) called to the PCPD.

Michael And Chase Wonder If They Were Wrong

Jordan wants Michael to tell her where Carly (Laura Wright) and Jason (Steve Burton) are. Jordan tells Michael that Jason broke Carly out and several people identified him. Chase (Josh Swickard) calls Jordan and tells her he needs an APB on Nelle. Chase shows up at the PCPD. Michael identifies Brad (Parry Shen) as a possible friend to Nelle. Jordan calls Brad to the station.

Jordan demands Brad to get to the station now, it’s a matter of public safety. Jordan heads to the hospital to go after Nelle. Jordan refuses to let Michael or Chase go along. Chase thanks Michael for sticking around. Michael says he and Chase know Nelle better than anyone. Chase says Jordan is right, Nelle knows them too. Chase tells Michael he wonders if the baby would still be alive if they had handled this differently. Michael wishes he never met Nelle, he tried to save her, it didn’t work.

Nelle Is Back In Custody

Josslyn (Eden McCoy) comes in with Jordan. Michael asks what happened to her face and if she’s ok. Jordan says Josslyn help apprehend a dangerous criminal. Michael asks who as Nelle is led into the squad room. Chase asks where Jordan found Nelle at, she says pier 55. Nelle wants Josslyn arrested she’s as crazy as her mom. Jordan refuses to arrest Josslyn. The paramedics are coming to check out Nelle. Nelle won’t be going back to the hospital.

Michael wonders if Josslyn is ok and they talk about the baby. Josslyn wants to know if they can leave. Michael is going to make sure Nelle rots in prison. Michael wants Josslyn to go to GH and get checked out. Michael asks Josslyn to let him take care of her today then they can take the boat out. Michael thanks Josslyn, he’s so proud of her. Nelle tells Jordan her baby is dead because of the department. Brad and Lucas (Ryan Carnes) show up and Michael sees their baby.

Finn Is Wanted For A Special Patient

General Hospital’s Finn (Michael Easton) wants to know if Robert has any last minute advice. Robert wants Peter taken into custody and on the first plane out of Port Charles. Finn tells Robert that he texted his plans to Anna’s (Finola Hughes) phone. Robert puts a microchip in Finn to keep track of him. Finn texts Anna that he’s on the way. Robert watches Finn get on the elevator a strange man follows him. Robert goes in to take custody of Peter.

Peter doesn’t think Robert has clearance. Robert tells Peter the doctor has signed off on his release. Robert tells Peter he doubts Jason will agree to his innocence. Robert tells Peter that Anna isn’t here to save his sorry ass. Peter says he will save himself. Finn is with his captors in a small room. Peter has information about patients one through five. Finn is needed to take care of a special patient.

Nina and Maxie Approve Lulu’s Article

General Hospital’s Nina (Michelle Stafford) tells Maxie (Kirsten Storms) that Liesl (Kathleen Gati) escaped. Nina tells her that Michael and Nelle are ok. Nina tells Maxie that Lucas and Brad got the baby. Maxie texts Brad and Lucas congratulations. Nina wants Maxie to come back to work. Maxie tells Nina she can take care of the magazine but Valentin is her problem. Lulu wants to see Maxie and Nina. Lulu wants Nina and Maxie’s approval on her last article on Faison. Maxie and Nina approve Lulu’s article. Lulu thanks Nina and Maxie for coming.

Brad’s Afraid Of Losing The Baby

General Hospital’s Brad and Lucas have the baby at General Hospital showing him off. Lucas wants to know what Jordan wants with Brad. Brad wants to go home and spend time with the baby before he’s taken away from them. Lucas thinks Brad is holding something back. Lucas tells Brad he understand why Brad is nervous but they only have 28 days to go. Lucas and Wiley go to the PCPD with Brad.

Josslyn Wants Nelle To Pay

General Hospital’s Nelle tries to escape out the side exit of the hospital. Josslyn follows Nelle and stops her. Nelle says the doctor cleared her to leave the hospital. Nelle asks if Josslyn told anyone she saw her. Josslyn tells Nelle this is just between them. Nelle tries to tell Josslyn people are lying about her. Nelle tells Josslyn that Carly wanted her to die and her baby died, just like Carly wanted.

Nelle tells Josslyn all she can do is repeat Carly’s lies. Josslyn tries to call the police, Nelle takes her phone. Josslyn tells Nelle Avery and Kristina are her sisters. Nelle tells Josslyn she is just like Carly. Josslyn says “ damn right I am, you messed with the wrong family, bitch”.

Nelle attacks Josslyn and knocks her down. Nelle calls Josslyn and ungrateful brat. Josslyn grabs Nelle from behind. Nelle turns around and Josslyn punches her in the face. Nelle attacks Josslyn again. Jordan arrives as Josslyn is beating Nelle off a wall. Jordan asks what happened, Josslyn says Nelle tried to get away and she stopped her. Josslyn wants Jordan to make her pay.

Stella Admits To Calling Chaundra

General Hospital’s Stella (Vernee Watson) and Curtis (Donnell Turner) go to the Floating Rib after meeting Lucas and Brad’s baby. Curtis tells Stella about Chaundra getting in touch with him. Stella admits to talking to Chaundra. Stella tells Curtis she originally messaged Chaundra but changed her mind and text her back. Curtis wants Stella involved in the wedding, she declines.

Lulu Has Words With Peter

General Hospital’s Lulu goes to see Peter. Peter may not get full use of his hand back. Peter tells Lulu what a good journalist she is. Lulu tells Peter he used her. Lulu tells Peter that she got into journalism to make a difference but she’s deep in the red. Lulu thought seeing Peter arrested would make her feel better. Lulu tells Peter that Liesl escaped. Lulu tells Peter that Maxie helped save his life but his praise is worth nothing to her.
