General Hospital Recap 3/5/18: Griffin Saves Scott – Jason & Sam Search For Drew – Sonny Finds Michael Unconscious

The General Hospital recap for Monday, March 5, reveals the city of Port Charles has been shaken to its core by an earthquake; with most of the damage occurring in the Charles Street District where Jim Harvey (Greg Evigan) has been excavating.

General Hospital Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) finds his son Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) unconscious on the floor of his living room and tries to revive him as his bodyguard Max Giambetti (Derk Chetwood) informs him that Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and Mike Corbin (Max Gail) are missing. Max informs Sonny he believes Michael has sustained a concussion and they take him to the hospital.

Joss and Oscar Trapped

Meanwhile, Lulu Falconeri (Emme Rylan), Drew Cain (Billy Miller) and General Hospital Kim Nero (Tamara Braun) tend to the injured students at the Floating Rib when they discover Oscar Nero (Garren Stitt) and Joslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) are missing. The two teenagers are huddled together trying to stay warm while trapped in the freezer. Time is running out as Drew and Kim try to pry the freezer door open to save them.

Griffin Saves Scott

At the Church, Griffin Munro (Matt Cohen) finds a badly injured Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner). Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) and Griffin take Scott to GH, while Ava Jerome (Maura West) begs Kiki Jerome (Hayley Erin) to stay with her as she tries to make it home to Avery (Grace/Ava Scarola). Kiki refuses; saying she will be needed at the hospital. Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) stays behind to wait on Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth). Harvey, who discovered Franco trapped under a heavy beam, has run off leaving Franco to fend for himself.

Jason and Sam Search For Drew

General Hospital Sam Cain (Kelly Monaco) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) are at the Quartermaine mansion with Mayor-elect Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) and Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCisero). They determine that the children are not injured, and Sam begs Jason to take her on his motorcycle to the Floating Rib so that she can find Drew. Along the way, they run into Mike wandering the city, who, Unfortunately, cannot remember he discovered Franco and promised to get help for him.

Jordan Takes Curtis to GH

Meanwhile, General Hospital Jordan Ashford (Vinessa Antoine) takes an injured Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) to GH and handcuffs him to the bed reminding him he is still under arrest. She worries if the police have been able to find her son T.J. Ashford (Tequan Richmond) and Aunt Stella (Vernee Watson) as Ned calls her and assures the Governor will provide aid to the resident.
