General Hospital Promo: This Week Will Change EVERYTHING!

General Hospital spoilers indicate that it will soon be time to say good-bye to Port Charles’ villain Nelle [Chloe Lanier]. After trying to destroy to Corinthos family from within, it looks like Nelle has just lost her battle.

In a new General Hospital promo, Carly Corinthos [Laura wright] tells Sonny [Maurice Benard] that Nelle has finally been brought down as she breathes a sigh of relief that she has her freedom back.

Carly has spent the last several weeks at Ferncliff, after she was forced to admit that she might be mentally insane for supposedly pushing a pregnant Nelle down the stairs at her baby shower at the Quartermaine mansion.

If that weren’t enough, Nelle had also plotted to put Michael [Chad Duell] six feet under after she learned that he was going to separate from her following the birth of their baby and ultimately leave her with nothing.

In the promo, Nelle says rather shocked to Michael, “You set me up?” Thankfully, Jason Morgan [Steve Burton] has managed to help Carly escape from Ferncliff. And as Nelle’s sins have been brought to light just as she is about to give birth, it looks like Carly has nothing to worry about.

No one knows if Nelle will ever return, many of Chloe Lanier’s castmates have said that the door will definitely be open for her, should she want to come back to Port Charles in the future. But with the car crash, the birth of her baby and her actions afterwards, there’s a strong possibility that Nelle might be gone for good.

In the meantime, General Hospital airs weekdays on the ABC network. Check your local listings for times.
