The actor, who is best known for his role as Peter August on the hit ABC soap, has been on the show for one year now.  His first episode aired back on November 14, 2017 and since then it’s been one very wild and exciting ride!

Wes Ramsey Celebrates His Time On General Hospital

Wes took to his Instagram account to celebrate his one-year anniversary with his supportive fans. He shared a photo of the set behind the scenes and captioned it with, “One year ago today Peter August was in Port Charles for the first time for a job interview at the bar of the Metro Court…and my life has never been the same…Thank You to the @generalhospitalabc fans. You are absolutely incredible & I love bringing our stories to life for all of you. I remain humbly grateful to be a part of the legacy of such a powerful and iconic show. #GH#ilovemyjob.”

It didn’t take very long for Wes’ fans to congratulate him by writing comments such as, “Love you on the show! I used to watch you on Charmed and CSI MIAMI. I wish Peter and Maxie would hurry up and get together! You and Kirsten have AMAZING chemistry on screen! Also, you need more on screen time!!!!”

Another fan wrote, “Happy Anniversary! You do an amazing job portraying Peter August. Glad you joined the GH family and wish u many more anniversaries.”
