According to new General Hospital spoilers, actress Rachelle Goulding has joined the ABC soap opera’s cast as a new character named Rylie.

Rachelle will make her soap debut on April 23, 2018, however it is unclear how long she will be in town – or what exactly she’s doing in Port Charles. There are a lot of mysteries floating around PC right now, so Rylie could tie in to a number of storylines.
