Kristen Alderson grew up singing and acting, and credits her talents to a special lady, her very first singing teacher, Rita Cavell. Over the years, Kristen and her family remained close with Rita and often visited her at her home. Sadly, she has passed away.

The General Hospital alum took to Instagram and shared a beautiful tribute and photos of Cavell. She sounds like an amazing woman and our hearts go out to Alderson, and the rest of Rita’s loved ones.
