Emme Rylan is constantly sharing cute snapshots of her and Dakota’s adventures on Instagram, and if you follow Emme’s Instagram page then you know that Emme’s daughter is one stylish baby.

Of course, Dakota Rose went all out for New Year’s, and rocked by far our favorite outfit yet.  Baby Dakota stole the show on Emme’s Instagram with an adorable top and tutu for the NYE celebration.  Seriously, we can’t get enough of her, so cute!
