General Hospital News: Anthony Geary Teases Possible Luke Spencer Return

General Hospital spoilers tease that the ABC soap is pulling out all of the stops for the 55th anniversary episodes, and that includes the return of some familiar faces.  One face that GH fans were hoping would pop up but hasn’t is that of Anthony Geary, who is well known for his iconic portrayal of Luke Spencer.

Anthony Geary may not have filmed any special return scenes for the soap since his retirement, but that doesn’t mean that he won’t in the near future.  In fact, it sounds like the actor is open to popping back up in Port Charles, even though he has retired and moved to Amsterdam.

ABC Soaps In Depth recently caught up with Geary and that actor raved about his new life in Amsterdam.  He’s clearly having a blast since he retired, and appears happy and healthy.  He even teased that fans should “never say never” about a Luke Spencer return.

About a possible return, Geary went on to say, “I don’t rule anything out. One of the things I’ve learned from being on the planet 70 years is to say ”I don’t do this or I don’t do that” just limits your options. I try to keep an open mind about everything.”
