General Hospital Needs To Bring Back Abby Haver, Michael Needs A Decent Girlfriend!

General Hospital (GH) Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) has been pretty much swinging in the wind since his love Abby (Andrea Bogart) was killed off in 2011. Chad and Andrea had amazing chemistry, the best he’s had with any female partner except former girlfriend, Kristen Alderson. Many Mabby (Michael and Abby) fans would love to see them paired up again, no matter who Andrea is playing.

Michael Needs A Decent Girl Friend

Michael has had a few girl friends on the show but none have been a particularly great match. Starr (Kristen Alderson) left and Kiki (Hayley Erin) flip flopped between Morgan and Michael a few too many times. Sabrina slept with another man and tried to pass the baby off as Michael’s and after Sabrina’s death, Michael lost Teddy to Carlos’ brother. Michael needs a decent girl who can be a mobster’s son’s woman and stand by her man. She needs to be able to work beside him at ELQ if needed and Nelle sure is not that woman.

Abby Saw Michael Through The Worst Time Of His Life

Abby came into Michael’s life when he couldn’t relate to any other girl or woman on screen. From the time Sam introduced Michael and Abby, it was obvious they had a special relationship that should have latest a lot longer than it did. Abby should have never been killed off for a plot point or anything else, she should have stayed on to support Michael and they should have had the life they were planning together.

Andrea Has Said, In the Past, She Would Like to Come Back

Andrea interacts with her fans on Twitter often and has commented several times that she would love to come back and as a former GH star, she should be given that opportunity. Andrea and Chad worked well together and had amazing chemistry, there is no reason to believe that has changed. Let’s be honest, GH already has a huge cast but at this point, what is one more if it is a fan favorite?

If A Brain-Dead Kid Can Return, Abby Should Be A Piece Of Cake

When Abby was killed off several people could have changed her with a look alike and Abby could easily have been kidnapped and held somewhere. Abby also could be written to have survived the accident with memory loss and that would explain her not finding her way back to Michael.

Franco, Johnny (Brandon Barash) or Anthony are all possible villains to have kidnapped Abby and placed her in a facility, even Shadybrook or Ferncliff. Frankly, it would be amazing if Carly (Laura Wright) was befriended by an amnesiac Abby who helps her survive Ferncliff. Abby could certainly help put Nelle in her place because she would never let anyone hurt her man and Michael being endangered by Nelle could bring Abby’s memory back.

Come on Frank, listen to the fans for once and bring back one of favorites that fans really want to see.
