General Hospital Kirsten Storms Shuts Down Rumors That She is Pregnant

Kirsten Storms’ character Maxie is pregnant on General Hospital but is the actress pregnant off-screen as well? That’s what a lot of fans can’t help but wonder as there’s strong speculation that the blonde beauty might be expecting a new bundle of joy!

Kirsten has been spending a lot of time with an ex lately, but it’s not who you think. Even though she and her ex-husband Brandon Barash do a great job of co-parenting their daughter Harper Rose, Kirsten is not looking to reignite anything romantic with him again. Instead, she’s been spending a lot of time with another ex, Elias Paul Reidy. Kirsten and Elias dated before she married Brandon back in 2013.

And now fans can’t help but wonder if Kirsten might be pregnant with Elias’ baby! As a matter of fact, a Soap Opera Spy reader, Lisa Mestre Booth asked Kirsten if she were indeed expecting during a recent ‘The Ladies of General Hospital’ event and private dinner in New Jersey. Kirsten said that while her character Maxie is definitely pregnant on screen, she is not pregnant off-screen. Laura Wright went on to clarify and explain it is just like Carly has straight hair on GH but Laura has curly hair in real life.

Of course, Kirsten and Elias have only been dating again for the last several weeks now. And while she has been spending a lot of time with Elias and even posting photos of them together on Instagram, she’s also been very dedicated to making sure that she and Brandon Barash do a good job of co-parenting their daughter. Clearly, Kirsten has a lot going on for her and has her hands quite full!

So far Kirsten has not made any additional comments about the pregnancy rumors. General Hospital airs weekdays on the ABC network.
