General Hospital Fall Preview: Ryan and Laura Return, Sonny’s Past Haunts Him

General Hospital fall previews indicate that there won’t be any shortage of romantic tension or drama in the coming months. Port Charles is preparing for both Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) and Laura’s (Genie Francis) return. Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) life is spiraling out of control, while Sam (Kelly Monaco) is once again feeling conflicted over Jason. (Steve Burton)

As many fans already know, Ryan Chamberlain has unfinished business in Port Charles. Laura comes home expecting a great big visit from her husband but is surprised to find something else. Also, expect to see Ryan taking over Kevin’s life more and more, to almost a point of no return.

Meanwhile, Sonny’s past is coming back to haunt him. It will most certainly affect his relationship with Carly (Laura Wright) and his own father, Mike, who was also involved in his past. The Corinthos will have to make a decision that will definitely impact their future – for better or for worse. Will Carly have to take a backseat in their marriage?

Elsewhere, Sam is finally feeling like herself again. She’s hit the ground running and has buried herself knee-deep in her work. But at the same time, she’s also growing very close to Jason. Little does she know that Jason is about to throw himself into a very unusual role. Also, Drew (Billie Miller) and Margaux are dealing with their own drama. Margaux’s agenda might threaten to blow up their relationship, which will most certainly be a game changer for Drew. He will have to face some very tough decisions.
