General Hospital: Emme Rylan Shares Weight Loss ResultsIt looks like this General Hospital beauty is back in business! Actress Emme Rylan, who plays Lulu on the hit ABC soap, recently shared her amazing post-pregnancy weight loss. The blonde beauty gave birth to her daughter Dakota back in June of 2017.

After one year of keeping up with her post-pregnancy body with a regular exercise routine and a healthy diet plan, Emme shared her results on her Instagram account for her fans.

Posting a photo of her one year ago to how she looks like today, Emme captioned the pic with, “One year ago versus today!” Rylan declared, showing off her slim and trim figure. “So excited to be seeing results from my workouts! Crazy to think that Dakota was in that belly!”


Clearly, Emme put in a lot of work into her new healthy, toned body. When her fans asked about her workout routine, Emme revealed that she does as much as she can, whenever she can. After all, in between shooting for General Hospital and taking care of her 1-year-old daughter Dakota, she doesn’t have much time left for herself.

“I am doing anything and everything I can,” Rylan told her fans. “Running, cardio kickboxing, Tracy Anderson Method, pushing the stroller up and down hills, barre classes, and Zumba! I feel like I’m seeing the most results by changing it up every day.”
