General Hospital Spoilers: Dr Bensch Shuts Kiki Down, Blackmail’s Her With Compromising Photo

General Hospital (GH) Kiki (Hayley Erin) thinks she is getting somewhere by hiring a lawyer to go up against Bensch, (James DePaiva) but is she assuming way too much without watching her back?

Kiki And Griffin Have A Huge Secret

General Hospital viewers remember Kiki and Griffin (Matt Cohen) were both upsets after the Nurse’s Ball and decided that drinking champagne was a good idea. Before Kiki and Griffin realized it, they were in bed together having sex and afterward Ava was knocking at the door.

Kiki begged Griffin to keep quiet about their indiscretion so that Ava (Maura West) didn’t get hurt. Nothing ever stays secret in Port Charles and we can be sure this won’t either.

Workplace Etiquette

When Griffin overheard Bensch and Kiki, Griffin completely lost it. Caring about your girlfriend’s child is one thing, but clearly, his reaction came across more as a lover than a friend.

Obviously, GH Dr. Bensch picked up on Griffin’s reaction because he stayed around long enough to snap a picture of Kiki in Griffin’s arms. With Bensch being accused of sexual harassment, hugging another doctor is bound to raise eyebrows as well as suspicions.

Kiki’s Career On The Line

Kiki has leveled some pretty heavy charges again Dr. Bensch and he’s going to fight dirty to keep his job and hospital work status. The picture of Kiki and Griffin could only hurt Kiki’s case and Bensch is sure to use it for that very purpose.

Let’s face the facts, with General Hospital Kiki’s lawsuit, she is going to be the one on trial, not Dr. Bensch. Kiki has the burden of proof to convince people that Bensch is as bad as she says and he has to show that he has done this several times. Kiki has absolutely no concrete evidence at all and Bensch has a picture of Kiki in another, younger, more attractive doctor’s arms.

Human Resources Already Sided With Bensch

Kiki went to Monica (Patty McCormack) right and told her everything that happened. Monica also warned Kiki that with no evidence, Bensch probably wouldn’t face any consequences, now Bensch can sit back and watch.

Bensch has the evidence that HR cleared him, as well as the picture of Kiki and Griffin and he has H.R.’s findings to back him up, Kiki literally has nothing except what Griffin overheard.

Bensch Could Go After Griffin

Bensch knows that Kiki is determined to stand up to him and go forward with this lawsuit. What if the only way to back Kiki off is to go after Griffin and threaten to ruin his career?

It’s not going to be very hard to find evidence of Griffin with Nathan’s (Ryan Paevey) wife so essentially, Bench can use this and the kiss to potentially blackmail Kiki into dropping the lawsuit by threatening Griffin’s job or he could threaten to show Ava that picture and insinuate a cover-up.

Either way Bensch would certainly cause Kiki her share of problems with not only the hospital but in her personal life as well.
