General Hospital Comings And Goings: Lexi Ainsworth Scores Hot New Role, Familiar Face Arrives In Port Charles

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) receives the shock of her life when her former love, Marcus who is portrayed by Nigel Gibbs, shows up in Port Charles this coming week.

GH sources remind fans of the ABC soap opera that Stella ended up leaving Marcus; declining when he proposed as she felt her obligation was to take care of her sick sister and raise her nephews, Thomas and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner).

General Hospital Spoilers – Stella’s Ice Heart Melts?

Stella has a front row seat as Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) married her nephew, Thomas; cheated on him and ended up having a baby, TJ (Tequan Richmond) with Shawn Butler (then – Sean Blakemore). One can only hope that with Marcus back in town, Stella’s cold heart will soften up to Jordan and possibly open up to love again!

You may be saying that the actor, Nigel Gibbs looks familiar and let us tell you; he has quite the impressive resume coming with him. He has appeared on primetime series like SWAT, NCIS: Los Angeles, Shameless, House, Breaking Bad, The Shield and Grey’s Anatomy; but he has also appeared on NBC’s Days of Our Lives as Edward Craig in 2013 and CBS’ The Bold and the Beautiful as Jack in 1990.

General Hospital spoilers reveal Lexi Ainsworth, who portrays Kristina Davis Corinthos has also been busy doing another project. Fans of Ainsworth should be sure to tune into TBS on Tuesday, November 20 at 10:30pm EST as she will be starring on “The Guest Book” alongside another familiar face – Lisa Rinna (ex-Billie Reed, NBC’s Days of Our Lives. Real Housewives of Beverly Hills).

The two portray a mother-daughter duo in the comedy series who end up vacationing in an off-the-wall, froggy type. Lexi admits it definitely was fun to play a different role from the daily drama they play on General Hospital, although she isn’t complaining.
